I saw the pictures on your diary @savingholmes - very restful - and note that although it literally was, 7000 steps isn't a walk in the park

Not too bad today - didn't go to the gym, but did some chores and sat outside, and did some cores sitting outside (the return of the carrier bag folding, this time its triangular)
Got the family a soda stream from FB seller to try and reduce the number of cola and fizzy water bottles we were getting through. IT was quite odd, the seller's dad who completed the transaction was grumbling the whole time that he didn't want his DD to sell it. IT was an OK dealand the fizzy water isn't quite as tasty as the bottled stuff, but it will work out fine I'm sure

Went to the gym today - walked a mile, ran a mile and rowed 2 - next time I will do a bike ride as well and claim a hemi-demi-semi triathlon

Sounds like things are going great on both the debt and the exercise! I like doing a mix of machines at the gym too, but of a row, bit of cross trainer (its kinder on my knees than the treadmill!) and bit of cycling, keeps it mixed up and more interesting.Current mortgage (1 Jun 2022): £289,501 - originally £351,999 got to love London sized mortgages!
OP Goal 2022 = 3.75% in OPs: £6,975 / £13,200

so all my steps are paying off - now above 30000 steps for the week so just need to keep it there and then push it on. 35000 is a nice target averaging 5000 a day isn't shooting the lights out but is a good MSE sort of targetI think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

Mine never seems to be quiet. so much so that I walked there and back yesterday to act as my warm up cool down and just used a couple of machines when I was inside - which is OK when sunny but not so great as a general rule. Did get above 40,000 rolling day average on steps as its a couple of miles to the GymI think I saw you in an ice cream parlour
