Here is my report from Monday 13/03
- Steps: 500K/2.5million steps this year - 1 day(s) ahead of target - Max on Target Streak 12
- Weight 0 lbs off over last week so 10/24 for target 1 (Under 17st) - At least I am not gaining
- Exercise - 5km in 48'52" on treadmill - 2km in 9':23.8 on the C2 Rowing Machine
- Savings - £2500 / £10,800 - £1K tax refund today from frog eaten months ago - so will juggle savings when its cleared
- Retirement-Day - 230 AWDs (Actual Working Days) to go
