No Craft Spending in 2020 - I will bust my stash this year!!!

The blanket is knitting,moss stitch.
Your right about scraps.I threw some pieces away that I would have kept in the past.I am going to give my friend the larger pieces with the quilt and cushion tonight.
I have left 3 kings on the sittingroom floor in the hope of spurring me on.Nope.It needs the fabric ironing onto bondaweb and I can't be bothered.
I looked at my stash for material for the seat cushion for the chair in the kitchen,it is more yellow than I remembered so will leave that for now as it would'nt look right with the whiter colours in there.
I watched an hour of telly last night with no making on the go.Telly is just too boring on it's own.
I haven't seen my daughter yet to ask about twiddle mats.

I did accidentally put everything on the other desk but we'll forget about that bit 😂 I desperately wanted to start sewing again so i found a kit for a fabric basket. It was quiteeasy and now i have my sewing addiction back. Oops. Think I'm at 5/35. Sorry no idea how to change the colour of the numbers and i hate this new look forum 😂
I never have a clear desk so cannot comment at all

I can't stick with one thing at a time, like to bit and bob here and there. Have also stamped some images for colouring but not got any further with them. Do miss crocheting as used to love that, I'm another one who couldn't hold the hook correctly and looked more like I am knitting. Didn't seem to make any difference to the finished item though:) . At least am making some inroads in my stash, not that it's noticeable yet. Have used three reels of thread, also not obvious from the amount still in my box!!
Now on 20/52
Keep stash busting and you willnotice it one day (in my case it will be around 3020 I think

Finished another one yesterday, and took them all to our meeting today. There wasn't any more knitted ones to decorate, so I'm back to knitting them myself now for a couple of weeks.
At the meeting today the organiser had brought along loads of wool, ribbons, buttons and beads for us to have a rummage through and take what we wanted: I ended up bringing home a load more wool and buttons! You can never have too many buttons!!
Will post progress as it's made.

Will most certainly give one a go when I get round to it!

i finished a felt gingerbread man hanging. I was thinking of putting it on a card for someone to keep rather than an ordinary Christmas card. Yes I'm either really early or really late for Christmas. Oops x 6/35

emsi_b said:Vulpix your quilt is beautiful! I will post a photo of the sensory mini quilt I have been working on when it is done. I just need to do the hand tying and then it is done! I haven't been up for much crafting recently, but I do have 1 more make to declare, taking me to 5/52. I made an anniversary card, using a little scrap of leather I found as it's our 3rd anniversary. Hubby was poorly, so it wasn't a very exciting celebration, but we are going away this weekend, so we will celebrate then instead.
Hopefully back on with crafting now- I've been sewing name labels in my son's bigger nursery clothes this evening and quite enjoyed that. I do want to finish his dungarees whilst he has a chance of fitting in them, so after I've finished the quilt, it's on with the dungarees some more. I was finding it very challenging, but I think I'll just need to give it a go and see how they end up rather than worrying about it too much!
I hate sewing in name labels so will send all of my kids clothes which need doing to you next time
I bet the dungerees will be amazing. Cannot wait to hear all about them
