  • I love your tile, very cute xx

I'm like you in Aldi with craft stuff ....most times I pick it up, fondle it, then think 'do I really need it' and put it down again! I did have a few slip ups in January, but doing well in February so far!!!!!
Keep Calm and Carry On Kondoing

  • Well done on keeping up the good work everyone, you are such fast workers. Well I did not manage to make as many cards as I had hoped, and discovered I cannot colour!! However have made 10 cards so at least a start on the year, will have another week just for cards later in the year. Now got the lurgy and feeling very sorry for myself, but have cut a dress out to make, and a patchwork dalek for a card ready to start next week. Am planning to practice the colouring so will use up some more of my card too. No craft stuff in my local Aldi this week and managed to resist Seasalt fabrics in sale too, so doing OK so far.

    Now 16/52
  • You are most welcome cupcakecraftscuddlycanine :):):)

I cannot wait to hear all about your stash busting adventures :j:j:j

Thank you! Been a little busy and behind with this!! No makes finished, nothing much bought either, however we have purposefully started working through projects and stuff bought for specific projects so we should eventually see some numerical results...one day :rotfl: It might just all be in chunks :D

Declaring another make - completed a cross-stitch which I found whilst clearing out the bedroom (which makes it at least 8 years old), I used up some embroidery thread so it counts. Might use it as part of a notebook-cover, but at the moment it's being flattened due to being in a hoop for 8 years.

I confess to buying some interfacing, mainly as I still can't access my fabric store, but I only bought 1 metre and I'll be using it to make the waistcoats for OH's birthday present.

    2 down, 23 to go

Well done Wraithlady - I love finding half finished makes I'd forgotten about and its even better finding them and finishing them :T:T:T

You are forgiven for your buying - you have done so well and you have a project for it so its totally acceptable :D:D:D

    Made some labels for bottles.

Made a cushion cover and used a middle.

I have more that I need to make but haven’t got round to.

I’ve made a massive dessert today which I’m counting as I rarely bake.

    17 / 400

Well done on being so productive and busting that stash nimbo :T:T:T

The dessert sounds yummy - what was it and care to share (I love all desserts so I mind mind what is is) :D:D:D

On Friday I painted another tile taking my January total to 8/52.
No photo of Fridays time yet but here is the last one now it has been fired https://pin.it/rxjn2ryruj5s3x

Off to Aldi in half hour I craft stuff is new in the middle aisle. I will not buy anything, I will not buy anything, I will not buy anything. Going to have to keep telling myself that all the way round the shop :)

    Love that tile kathrynha :T:T:T

I had to take a look on the Aldi website at all the lovely crafty goodies, I added lots o my basket and made a date to go tomorrow but then remember I am determined to stick to my self imposed crafty stash ban so quickly clicked off and tried to forget about it. I cannot guarantee I wont go tomorrow though :p:p:p
