decluttered two units - and the stuff in the drawers. Counting that as 15 items. I have also got rid of a book. It surprising how much I have been able to get rid of so far. It has been good for my mind. I'm still using the MariKondo method to decide if it stays or not. House has less for me to clean too :rotfl:Declutter 2020 - 267/2020 :j

Decluttered a candle that hasn’t burnt evenly and so is all wonky.... no I won’t ever actually melt them down into new candles.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?1 -

Sorry I never returned
Monday we basically relaxed. Just made it breakfast  So far we have only eaten in the buffet restaurant but there is so much choice at breakfast, lunch & dinner that we haven’t felt the need yet to try any of the other 6 reastaurants :rotfl:
It is all inclusive - so plenty of beer :rotfl: First time at a resort & all 3 of us are loving it :smileyhea
Weather is in the mid 20’s but can be sunny, windy, torrential downpours for 10 minutes then dry but always warm. Plenty of wildlife - a peacock has the run of the place & you see him at breakfast sitting on the wall much to the consternation of the diners :rotfl: There are 3 peahens, ducks & ducklings, iguanas, an aviary of exotic birds & best of all flamingoes :j Various unidentified birds that come into the restaurant & have breakfast :rotfl: The ubiquitous pigeons are on the beachwe paddled in the sea a couple of times - sandy private resort beach - the sea is quite choppy at the moment with strong waves that take the sand away & dump you in the water but the Caribbean Sea is warm :j One thing - DSis & I had a 5 minute head & shoulder massage - free :T then booked ourselves in for a full body massage + hydrotherapy for Thursday - my treat as a belated Christmas present
Tuesday DSis got up to see the sunrise but was unimpressed although apparently it was bright.
Went to breakfast reasonably early, spent half an hour in the wi-fi area then toddled off to the beach. DSis had one session in the sea + some paddling but DH & I spent several half hour stints & both ended up on the sand with the waves crashing over us unable to get up :rotfl: Both nearly split our sides laughing 😂 at our unimpressive attempts to stand up :rotfl: Had a burger & beer at the beach, another dip then it rained so decided to swap out our towels & return to the resort proper to sunbathe & swim in one of the many pools :j with a beer of course
DH & DSis are still there whilst I am in the wi-fi area writing to all you lovely declutterers
Now for some cheerleadingonly about 4 pages behind
Thanks Nicnak :T Perhaps a local women & children’s refuge or maybe your local church?
You are doing excellent - items out & monies in :T The 12th & 13th were good numbers out :T Up to 334 :T I have my work cut out when I get home  One item & pennies in the bank :T

Steadily moving items out of your life - well done :T
Thanks jammydodgersandrhl :T Lovely that you are using your candles & not saving them for best :rotfl: Really quite jealous that the Marie Kondo method is working for you :T I am not that brave
I have got to the bottom of page 26 :j only 3 more pages to go
May see you later after a shower & dinner
