Decluttered whilst waiting for engineer to sort the Internet (he didn’t show but apparently one is now due tomorrow morning)...
emptied and tidied drawers in bedside cabinet. Much tidier and quite a few bits binned.
went through my “memories” box and again got rid of some bits.
went through my current clothes and put 10 items in the charity shop pile as they no longer bring me joy.Discovered the winter coat I love will button up again now (just) so the make-do larger winter coat has its days numbered. There will be more to be done tomorrow whilst I’m waiting again... (bit annoyed that I will miss the walking I had planned for tomorrow!)working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?9 -
I've cleaned out a number of shelves in the storage cupboard ready for kitchen items to go onto. I now have two empty drawers in the kitchen. A lot of manuals removed to recycling.
Still got a way to go but it's progressSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330
Starting afresh.
You can do anything if you put your mind to it. x10 -
@EnergyShifter
Wow that sounds loads but I bet you can do it.
Evening all,
For me paperwork basket still remains avoided (no comment) but worse still the Bedside cabinet has become my nemesis.
Xmas totally buggered for us but 100 going to pick up a TV mag tomorrow and we will make the best of it.
Got all my veg today, but haven't got any pulling crackers or a tree so I may just get a small cactus with wobbly eyes and pipe cleaner antlersif I venture out I may get some pulling crackers tomorrow if cheap enough.
Wrap, labels, cards that I had left now sorted through, recycled the roll and just folded up the paper for spares.
Nothing really much out today (not quite true.. Half eaten packet cheese and onion hula hoops from the bedside cabinet)
I must try and do the bedside cabinet again tomorrow as it's full of pen's, receipts, bits of paper, old address books, hand creams, lip balms etc who have all decided they want to live in there. I think this is because I have downsized my handbag!!!
Nothing about nothing else bar that I am chuffed with my 14p veg.

1. WRITE/USE DECLUTTERING & CLEANING “TO DO LISTS” - MINIMUM 30 MINUTE BURSTS OF ACTIVITY AT LEAST TWICE EVERY DAY2. KITCHEN WILL BE LEFT CLEAN & TIDY EVERY NIGHT3. I WILL ENDEAVOUR TO BE NICE TO EVERYONE & TRY TO SEE THE FUNNY OR PECULIAR SIDE TO AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
4. JUST DO ONE THING (courtesy of bit_by_bit)Wednesday was more of the same - rainy, dark & cold ☹️ But in between the rain showers I saw the most beautiful rainbow 🌈
DSis went out to sm & into Lewisham to M&S. Dinner was M&S lasagne & garlic bread - yummy & no cooking for me 🥳
DH made soup - lunches for 2/3 days; he zizzed all the peeling from the last few days - each wormery got a bucketful 👏; the 2 of us stowed the oiled & wrapped garden furniture in the garden box & shed.
My task of the day was to taste test the brined hg olives (2.5 months of maturing 😱) but nowhere near ready ☹️ Old brine emptied away & new strong brine added. The jars are back in the shed for another month. Also got an email from my friend - loan repaid direct into my account 🥳🥳 which led to me phoning bank to confirm receipt & paying my last cc bill of the year 🥳. This led to sorting finances & sorting out a bit of paperwork 😉
2405 - 2411 Kitchen recycling, 3 brochures, plastic bottle, cardboard packaging, drinks cans - Recycled
2412 Kitchen detritus - Binned
Nice to see you leelad 👋 You have been busy 👏 and I agree with you that it is very therapeutic to delete emails individually 😉 rather than unsubscribe 😉 If you had gone the route of unsubscribing you probably wouldn’t have got in touch with your friends 🙂Well done on decluttering the batteries 😇 Hopefully you haven’t bashed the credit card as much as you think 🤞
Yippee EnergyShifter 🥳 no paid work for a fortnight 🙂 Once you have reached your target, please take the time to rest & recuperate 😉 Bit drastic breaking a plate 😉😉 but your target is in sight 🥳

Decluttered a load of dust from the bedroom, changed sheets and tidied.Realised I don’t need 20 tops, even for remote meetings... so added another 10 items to the charity bags.Planning to try project 333 again. Should be easier since working from home means no smart shoes and no handbags are required!working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?7
