2020 - banish the clutter

Got a charity bag through for tomorrow so will give them the clothes I have sorted.
Slippers, boxes and some leggings with a hole in have gone into the bin. I need to take an old chair to the tip, but I can't manage it with my back at the minute. I will wait until it is better and then take it.
Probably around 20 items. I'm not counting just keeping on plodding. x

Hello fellow declutterers, been MIA for a while so apologies, but I have been reading along every day.I have been doing my daily decluttering of tins, plastics etc and today 2 more green waste bins have been emptied. We are in a Firebreak area so all the tips and cs shops are shut once more, not that I've been out much since March, but do look forward to a cs bag dropping through my door and then it's collection when I've filled it........ so satisfying. However none of that seems to be happening either and I have a bag full of bits and bobs ready to goKeep on decluttering, everyone is doing a sterling job and many thanks to our leader of cheer MrsSD.nanFailure is simply the opportunity to begin again, but this time more intelligently8

Nice to see you nannywindow 👋 What a nightmare - Firebreak Area - not sure that it does any good 🤔 Covid-19 is one thing, but the government completely trashing our economy is quite another. Moan over - need to stop as I could write pages 😱 Very MSE for getting rid of stress & not buying lotions & potions 😉 I have to say that cheering everyone on is keeping me sane 😉 Lovely to see how everyone is coping with the restrictions & STILL decluttering 👏MrsSD ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 🏅

Quickly went through DD's wardrobe with her and she gave me two items that didn't fit right. She said one was rubbing her arms, and the other was itchy. It's not a lot, but little and often will work for me. xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

I’m assuming the magic words are MSE So I don’t get one of their messages at the bottom of my message?!
*456 DD took wheel trims I bought for the car I had ten years ago. She has taken them and popped them up for sale
*457 Also had an old microfibre head towel that was going to go in the rag bag but DD took that for her garage work
*458 Batteries-recycling
*459. Presents out of the house for some relatives sent with DD which has saved me postage
*460 DD took more of her clothes including her Christmas topbut it’s a win win
*461 DM house fully decluttered ready to be handed back
I’m like Nannywindow in a firebreak area-Wales. It’s depressing to see the shops all shut again and the place like a ghost town. So relieved all Christmas shopping doneDecluttering challenge 2023🏅⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Now strict lockdown for a month so I will be storing stuff for the
CS.
2 books
1 tiny pile of bits of thread and wool from my needlecase. I am on my second mending and very MSE , only odd threads from the case are being used up. As they are only towels for the kitchen the thread doesn't matter. Now all needles tidied and pubs all facing the one way.A cotton reel is now quite expensive. So a penny or two saved.
Total now 105/122.
I think I will have to focus on clutter that will go in th recycling or the bin.
Keep safe everyone.6 -
Pins not pubs - some hope of a pub at the moment!5
