6 bags of assorted bric a brack and books taken to the Hedgehog Rescue, along with some glass and 3 framed pictures we don't need too. DD has said come for a cuppa this afternoon distanced in the garden so I can collect some blackberries from her plant as it's laden and they're ripening very fast, all at once so I shall make jam and declutter a few more jars from the jar cupboard. I've just decluttered almost 1lb of cherry tomatoes from the greenhouse too this morning, Sungold, yellow ones, which always ripen early and are sweet and delicious.8

Good afternoon.
Have just finished getting all the stuff that I have decluttered since last summer out of the loft and into the car. Tomorrow, I am going to do a boot fair. Wish me luck.
Also, got an old suitcase of my husbands out of the loft and he has recycled lots of stuff plus the old broken suitcase. Things he wants to keep us now all in one big red box. Yay!Couple of extra things were binned from the loft. Hubby also got an old plastic chair from the shed, broke it up and binned it.
Feels like the house is heaving a sigh of relief. A great weight lifted.2025 Fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons

1. WRITE AND USE “TO DO LISTS” - MINIMUM 30 MINUTE BURSTS OF ACTIVITY AT LEAST TWICE EVERY DAY2. KITCHEN WILL BE LEFT CLEAN & TIDY EVERY NIGHT3. I WILL ENDEAVOUR TO BE NICE TO EVERYONE & TRY TO SEE THE FUNNY OR PECULIAR SIDE TO AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
4. DAY TO DAY DECLUTTERING WILL CONTINUESaturday was a dry & occasionally sunny day. Quite a productive day - especially for DH.
DH mowed both the front & back ‘lawns’ (I use the term loosely 😉🤭), trimmed the front hedge, re-seeded a portion of the back ‘lawn’ at the base of the bird feeder stand (the pigeons have trampled a crater 😱 & emptied 2 of our 3 specialised potato pots. The potatoes ranged in size from broad bean to salad potato. DH sifted the compost & we ended up with enough to refill 1.5 pots - now I just need some more potato eyes 😉. My contribution to the gardening was to stake the tomato plants in the raised bed, water the garden & harvest the chard.I also visited the neighbour MrG who is going to be the beneficiary of 5 tomato plants - has a gate into his garden. We decided on the location for planting of said tomato plants - his garden is north facing 🙁. He has an apple tree & will be donating apples to me which I will use for making tomato chutney & if there are enough I may add to our hg rhubarb for hm crumbles. I then invited him over to our garden - had to go through our house but we remained socially distanced 🙂 MrG was quite impressed with our attempts at hg vegetables & joked that there might be raids on our produce later in the year 😆 😉 He has also borrowed a spade & trowel to prep the tomato patch 😉
Now for the absolute highlight of my day - sooooo excited 😜 - giddy with excitement 🤭 Dinner for 3 - was chicken fried in butter with wait for it, wait for it ............ boiled HG potatoes & HG chard (including chard stalks) stir fried with bacon bits & seasoned with salt & pepper. So almost 2/3rds of our dinner was HG 🥳 The potatoes were gorgeous & so tasty 😋. AND there are enough potatoes left for one more 3 person meal 👏I have also started an hm soup & partially sewn up three sets of knitted hearts ready for stuffing & finishing - re NHS appeal.1284 - 1286 Kitchen recycling, cardboard packaging, drinks cans - Recycled1287 - 1288 Empty compost bag, kitchen detritus - BinnedExcellent work greent 👏 A real burst of decluttering activity 👏
Brilliant work roundtuit 👏 I had to smile at Stressy Bessy & Weekend Willi - not crazy at all 😉 I think we all spend too much time berating ourselves for not decluttering as much as we think we ought to 😉 so anything that brings levity is to be applauded 👏👏 WW is definitely a great declutterer 👏🙂Great work boazu 👏 Rather ashamed to say that I have greenhouse envy, cherry tomato envy & blackberry envy 😞Wow Rootle 🤩 you have been busy & successful 👏Good luck with the boot fair Gem-gem - everything is crossed 🤞 that all your items sell at excellent prices 🤞 Sounds like your hubby is on board with the decluttering 👏 🙃 You must be getting excited re moving - especially with all the hard work you have put in 👏Great work bit_by_bit 👏BE KIND. Morning xx
Lovely to walk in to a much clearer kitchen with actual visible horizontal surfaces woot woot. And WW is basking in the praise given by Mrs SDand is whispering that it really is time to start on the cs pile - large bag of clothes for rags to be filled today methinks. (WW is whispering so as not to wake up SB - if she hears that a trip into town is on the cards she is likely to sabotage our decluttering effort. shhhh)

Think I'm a stressy betty this morning. Feeling totally overwhelmed. Printer is on my desk so a few piles of papers, and then I move something and everything falls off, same in lots of the house. Brought a trunk back from my brother's, it was my mum's and then mine so keeping - not sure where but has my memories so makes me realise things that were other people's and not mine don't have memories so should go. So many of my clothes (80%) don't fit me but maybe change when pools reopen (used to be 3 times a a week - helps manage stress too).Yesterday CS bag taken - not very full so out of embarrassment found couple more things to add 1377 - 1379Not getting enough sleep but going to try and clear stuff - ebay bid withdrawn so think will just add to CS pileLovely sunny day - hope you all get to enjoy it x9
