If you dont see anything - complain obviously!
If you do, obviously y ou check it agsainst what you sent. Is it all there? In the same quality>?

So it's the end of the day and nothing from ukcpm or gladstones  . I will go ahead and send my documents to the court.

Yes , do so , keep proof of what was sent , to who ,  and when , add these to your crib sheet for the hearing

Add a note with your bundle stating that the claimant failed to comply with the court order , hence here is my bundle , add your telephone number too etc

UPDATE *** I have been chasing up the courts as I have not revived any log in details for the hearing. I have just rang the courts again and they have said the reason I have not received any log in details is because the case has been vacated and discontinued by the claimant ! The person on the phone couldn’t give me any more details or anything regarding costs etc. That was all the information. After a very restless night, I have to admit I’m over the moon but not sure what happens now . The person also said I would need to email the court if I want to receive confirmation of this ....... pretty happy I think!

You should get a letter of discontinuance from the scammers and the court, but do be proactive and chase this up.
Did you note the name of the person you spoke to? Everything needs to be in writing, so until that happens, assume it is still going ahead, but a tentative well done in the meantime.

Write to the court to ask them to turn the hearing into a costs order where you are claiming your costs so far , assuming that you submitted your summary costs assessment ?? Try to make them pay if you can !

Also ask for the discontinuance to be sent to you in writing

But well done anyway , it's been a hard slog

As the discontinuance was so late and not served to you, you could try writing to the court to ask a Judge to consider your costs assessment (which was already sent to the C and the court, on xx/xx/2021, so the Claimants were aware of your costs when they discontinued).  You ask that the Judge considers the C's wholly unreasonable conduct throughout (do a bullet point list, such as where they issued defective and incoherent Particulars of Claim, ignored court deadlines, played fast and loose with the court system to manipulate and intimidate a litigant in person they knew was vulnerable, Including a last gasp discontinuance, not sent to you, such that you were worrying about the hearing and ringing the court, right up until today.
