Hello everyone, 
I am new to this forum and would be grateful for any help please.
I received a money claim dated 16 January 2023.
The Money claim did not state a " Defence Pack Password " to access the claim online.
A few days later I received a letter from Gladstones Solicitors stating they are acting on behalf of UK CAR PARK MANAGEMENT LIMITED. 
I have requested to have the judgement set aside and my court hearing is 15 March 2024.
Firstly I need advice on so some issues:
The CCJ stated I have not responded to the claimant's claim form.
I have requested from the court several times for the particulars of claim,  but none has been filed.
As I presume this is for a parking charge, I do not drive and do not have a driving license but was the registered keeper of a vehicle. 
No pre-claim communications were made by the Claimant or their solicitor so I am unable to defend myself in any way.
What would be the best subject/s to focus on setting aside my defence?

It did have a password above the right hand money columns.  Or are you saying no Claim Form arrived a year ago?

YOU MUST START A NEW THREAD OF YOUR OWN, USING THE RED BUTTON.

You just copy the sort of WS bundle seen here and send it to the local court and Gladstones this month, except you can't say that the claim went to an old address (unless it did?):

Have a look at that and start a new thread telling us what happened to the Claim form and what you DID receive, and what you have already submitted with your N244 application.
