It is no wonder they continued without a counter claim in the offing to muster their thoughts , you are just one of many court cases which they issue weekly. Consider a small claim of your own if you win , including data protection etc
Good luck with this claim and your prognosis4 -
I sent my file over to cpm to be considered for the joint document file last Thursday and advised I'd wait till Wednesday to hear back from them. The hearing is within the first few days of April. Was the notice i gave them long enough? Iv not heard anything back.....shall I go ahead and sent my file to the courts ?0

On page 38 overleaf your court order says 3 business days before the hearing , that deadline has not arrived yet for an April hearing , but do not miss it , even if you send yours in due to hearing nothing else from the claimant , !! You were told this in reply to the court order
Prepare for each eventuality3 -
Should I then go ahead and send or still wait for the 3 business days prior to the hearing?0

You wait until say 4 working days before the hearing , so sometime next week !!
For all we know , they may discontinue due to there being no counter claim3 -
Its this week I'd need to send to make it 4 working days. Il wait till then and then send. Thankyou .
I am going through a really worrying time with my health currently awaiting mri test results so I really only can pray they discontinue and the matter comes to an end.4 -

I know that you are finding this stressful but I think that in the end it would be better to have this out in court. Do you have a partner/friend who could be with you on the day of the hearing to give you some moral support?
If there is any justice in the world you should win this case with costs for unreasonable behaviour.

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

OP - are CPM represented? If so you send your file to their SOLICITORS, not CPM!
Double check your details.

I have no contact details at all for cpm solicitors or even cpm. I sent it to the email on the cpm website....0
