Who is named as the claimant on your original N1 claim form; that is where you send it.  They should also be named on the court order.

What do the contact details say on the court claim form and on any court orders

They either did use a solicitor , like Gladstone's , or they are doing it themselves , but normally they use solicitors , in which case you may have sent it to the wrong address

Your court order tells you to agree the paperwork between you , so your obligations under the order are to liaise with the claimant , not just assume an email address is correct and dump a bundle to it

If you had contacted the claimant , they would have told you to contact Gladstone's , like it said on your 16 month old claim form

If in doubt you must check , not assume , especially if a solicitor is being used by the claimant
  • Originally all the paperwork was coming through from Gladstone. I will double check through everything. Thankyou for alerting me .

In February last year you had contact from Gladstone's , so I suspect that your liaison and bundle is with Gladstone's , not CPM , so it's no wonder you have not received anything back

Yes CPM are the claimant , but if a solicitor is used , everything goes through them , same as a house purchase or sale

If you had employed a solicitor , the solicitors deal with each other , but you are DIY , cpm are not

Sounds like a good plan , because both claimant and solicitor have now had your bundle , so if they don't supply the agreed Court bundle to your court , you supply your bundle to your court instead , before the deadline of 3 business days
