Yes, I should have been more clear, using my phone to post on MSE and other banking apps working fine. Just tried again with Virgin app and it's working now.colsten said:

I'm having issues as well. My mobile app isn't working and I can't login using my laptop. People are complaining on Twitter as well. Really frustrating since I just transferred a load of money to my VM account and can't check that it's gone in.0

I haven't been able to login to the app all morning, either. I've phoned up and raised a complaint, for what little good it'll do.
