Afraid not; though sounds like there are still some people who think like me!0

I have a contract with Mobile Outlet. I have details of the receivers from Companies House. Do I need to send them the standard 'breach of contract' letter? Or is there another method I need to pursue?
Many thanks0 -
There is another thread (nearly 3000 posts and nearly 150 pages) with lots of advice and info on the current situation:

You will see that the Board Guide locked it weeks ago to get the Forum Team to get the "chaf" sorted!
This is a great shame as lots of current and useful advice is in that thread.

hi there,
I dont know what i should do regarding my mobile outlet cashback claim. I sent away my 1st claim at the start of the year but got nothing back despite trying to contact them, Subsequently found out they had major problems!!
Now it is time for my next cash back but i read the address is not even in use now!
From one of martins excellent emails i read that you should send a what you are due up to the 15th feb 08. if i claim now is it too late?! What would and excepected return be? I presume only about 8% at most if the company has went into adminastration..
any help would be welcome! please pm me also with details!0 -

I haven't received my O2 April bill from Carphonewarehouse, which should be sent for cashback. Is it like common for the retailers not to send some bills in order to slow back the cashbacks??0
-
No, but it can happen. Get a copy or register on-line; should be ok on your t&c, though an original is much safer. If you do send the copy find and print out the relevant confirmation it's acceptable on cpw O2 contracts IF it's still on the site and you can find it - they have a habit of deleting anything which may help customers prove they have complied with the t&c nowadays.0

I also have a contract with mobile outlet?
am i right in thinking i need to write a letter to them stating how much I'm owed and my details etc?
is there anything else i must do?
thanks a lot for any help you can give!0 -
I have been doing cashbacks with different mobile phone companies for about 6 years now. I've changed companies each time as you the signs are there when you read a company is slow paying up etc.
In the past I've used- chatterbox
- themobileoutlet
- mobileshop
- coolnewmoblie
- e2save
- dialaphone
I liked the comment from O2 on the original article discussing cashbacks. O2 claim they do not encourage cashback deals. 3 of my cashback deals have been on O2 as they have offered the cheapest deals. Dialaphone has more O2 deals under £10 per month than any other reliable cashback site.
