enthusiasticsaver said:Glad you enjoyed your week off. I don't think anyone has anything exciting to say at the moment. My DH said to me last night "how was your day?" and my answer "Same as yours".
He is good company but we are used to being out and about and seeing lots of different people.

Your week off sounds good, glad you got out and about on the horse. Well dine for redecorating your bedroom, hope you are pleased with it.
well done on making it to payday without scrabbling about for change! I still feel the pinch at the end of the month, I need to take a leaf out of your book and massively improve my budgeting skills! At least it was just a lb on not more. I’ve been trying to be good.
Also 52% is amazing progress, it’s all downhill from here! 😁2 -
I’ve decided to try and lose some weight as well. I even found my scales yesterday and worked out what battery was needed. So I’ve ordered a replacement battery for £2 rather than new scales and I’m going to try and lose some weight by exercising and restricting my intake of yummy food.Good to hear you had a lovely week off and well done for decoration your bedroom, mine is still half done. I have a couple of walls to paint white and then it will be done.2

Thanks both
I am very pleased with my bedroom as it seems bigger somehow (possibly because I threw out a lot of junk.....) so it was well worth the hours I put into it!
I am counting myself lucky that it wasn't more weight wise don't worry, today my brain hasn't been whispering at me that it wants nawties though so hopefully I will be able to stick with being super good, eating yummy things is always my downfall......
Not sure anyone should be taking a leaf out of my book budgeting wise just yet @EchoBnot sure how i'm managing it fully other than I make myself look at my bank balance all the time and track my permanent outgoings in a spreadsheet, I think theres much wiser people than me to rob leaves from

happy Friday everyone!
Not a whole lot to report sorry, tootling along in work, had some rain which was good and sorely needed and after a sneak weigh this morning i'm back on track, phew!
Not sure what the weather is going to be this weekend so haven't made any real plans, i'll either be in the garden or house sorting stuff but, importantly, not spending money. Plenty to do that doesn't cost anything.
Hope you've all had a good week and have a nice weekend

We have had a couple of showers this week but nothing major to help the garden. I’ve weighed myself this morning and need to get moving on a healthier eating plan. Well done on getting back on track!2

We didn't have a whole lot but its was good drizzle that, whilst barely touching the fields, did dampen everything rather than sit on top because the ground is so dry and hopefully some more tomorrow, if it could hold off until after I've ridden though it would be great
I just need to behave for the next 3 days......hopefully will have a good number on Monday then. I literally had to hide the cheese and bread this week so I couldn't just use them with abandonment

I struggle with chocolate and biscuits and with the kids being back at school and nursery this week, there is a lot more food left in the house! I need to plan some healthy snacks over the weekend and fingers crossed for weigh in on Monday.2
