I can’t remember when I last mopped my kitchen floor 😱
well done on losing the 2lbs! All this talk of food is making me want to bake-I’ve not lost any weight on lock down.  you guys all put me to shame!

Oh I’ve put weight on in lockdown due to not walking kids to school and not working. Probably also due to more baking going on in this house as well!

thanks @EchoB (for some reason the thanks thumbs up isn't showing.....), I did have the massive splurge but back focused now the rid, hopefully, another 14lbs and then I should be happy.....
I envy you all that are able to bake although I have no doubt if I could the diet would be out the window and I would bankrupt myself buying ingredients

That’s exactly what I’m doing! Wasting money on ingredients for cakes that i don’t need to eat-alongside the garden which is usually very neglected!

    I must start eating better.

I will admit I did spend a bit on the paint for the outside walls and railings but I didn't go nuts and even though they need the second coats I will wait till payday next week to get more paint, you might not need to eat cakes but I bet they taste good
So we are at Friday again, woo hoo! and its a bank holiday weekend! and (with an apology in advance) I am off work all of next week so if I don't make it on here at my usual hour I will try to make it on at some point......please note the word try!
Absolutely nothing exciting to report today though, pay day Monday so will be able to update target loan amount then (and hopefully take some more lbs off!!!!)
Oo one "exciting" thing....we have had rain!!! we've actually had two nights where it has rained over night which is great as the fields desperately needed it, plus if it rains overnight everyone is happy and can't curse me because they cant enjoy the sun
Whilst there can't be any major plans for anyone I hope you all have a nice extended weekend without having to think about work/home schooling etc

Yay for the rain 😁 hope you enjoy some nice rides during your week off

Have a fab week off! I’m cherishing my 3 days off! Am going to try to not bake!

I’m very much looking forward to payday, I’m impressed about you waiting to buy more paint, it’s these little decisions that are so different to pre LBM (or that’s how it is for me).

Have a great week off. I am hoping for a relaxing one, although some more jobs are coming in, which is good for money, but I have got used to relaxing 😂

I’m glad you got some rain. We haven’t had any here for ages! I must try and do a rain dance! Enjoy your week off.

    Good morning everyone!
Sorry, yet again on my time off I just couldn't face sitting in front of the lap top for any time so there were no updates.
Time off was lovely, felt like I was off for a month  Lots of riding achieved, even ventured out through some gates armed with anti bac wipes for touching the gates, then another to wipe my hands and hand sanitiser just to be super cautious! Weather was lovely even if it was a little hot but disappointingly I couldn't get the masonry paint I needed but I did get emulsion so completely overhauled my bedroom instead which has needed doing for years as well as doing some tidying in the garden, productive week achieved!
Got paid, everything that needs to has gone out and all outstanding loans are going down bit by bit woo hoo! It is so nice being in control of my money for the first time in years and not scrabbling around for any bits of change possible to see me through the last week of a month
Weight wise, not so good, I did have a lb off last week but really didn't pay enough attention to what I was shovelling in last week and put that back on this week, so disappointed in myself so have to be super super good this week, pretty much going back to the strict phase of the diet to reset myself and my mindset :disappointed:
No rain for a couple of weeks again but forecast says there will be some tomorrow....possibly because I've had my legs out in shorts for the past week clearly offending the weather gods
I will be looking to catch up on all diaries today so looking forward to seeing all your updates and hopefully some successes for everyone!
Feel like I should have something more exciting to say but I guess my life just isn't that exciting, fair play to you all for sticking with reading
Hope you are all enjoying your slightly more relaxed rules and getting some sense of normality back, having some fab times in the sun and making sure you take the time to rest, relax and reset when you can, it is definitely worth it

Glad you enjoyed your week off.  I don't think anyone has anything exciting to say at the moment.  My DH said to me last night "how was your day?" and my answer "Same as yours". :D  He is good company but we are used to being out and about and seeing lots of different people.
