hi, not sure if I have said this month but total of £350 OP for #147 in August . ThanksInitial 2 year fixed Mortgage (July 2019): £158,747 over 18 years. Overpaid £14,250 in Year 1, £13,400 in Year 2. Total mortgage reduced by £40,790 in 2 years.
New Mortgage (five year fix at 1.81%): June 2021
Current Balance (01/06/2021): £117,957 over 14 years. Total overpayment in 2021 of £13,850. Lapsed tracking! Total Owing November 2022: £100,513. February 2023: £97,535. April 2023: £88,739. July 2023: £87,481. August 2023: £85,512. November 2023: £83,053.
Original End date: June 2039. Now June 2035. *GOAL* Mortgage Free by 2030.5 -
