Oops I've just realised that I haven't updated on my overpayments since May. Here are my totals:

June 250
July 200

That's for no.7. Thanks

Thank you for your update! Could you do me a favour and check the updates I've got logged for you so far? I only have your total as £3,183, so I've probably missed one of your overpayments along the wayglass_half_full said:#55 with an OP of £383 for August. Odd amount but it takes my mortgage to £52,999 only you lot would understand.
Takes my total OP for this year to £3443.

And with those overpayments, we have just reached the £600,000 mark! Well done everyone!

Congratulations Taka - don't forget to update the roll of honour - I love reading everyone's journeys to mortgage freedom.
Good news in my household - my son got the job he went for and has resigned his furlough job and starts work on 7th September. He's feeling so much better as he hates not working
Just got the youngest one unemployed at the moment so fingers crossed that changes soon - he's certainly trying for every job he's qualified to do. Blitz that mortgage

Thanks, I have looked at the spreadsheet and there is an additional OP of £260 in June which I think I forgot to report. Please can you add that to my June OP which would take it from £800 to £1060?
Thanks for keeping track for us all, really appreciate it. Aiming to early retire August 31st 2026.2 -
Morning! Hope everyone is safe and well.

Hello! Sorry I have not posted since January - with everything going on and the uncertainty of starting a new job in the middle of lockdown I couldn't bring myself to make OPs just in case the worst happened but did try and not spend the OPs! I have made some good progress now though and although it will be a MASSIVE stretch to meet my target, I am going to give a darn good go!
Updates for me:
Feb - OP of £750
June - OP of £2223.82
August - OP of £3038.35
