Hey guys, i recieved the SAR. The car car park wasnt a supermarket as I originally thought, it was the quadrant shopping centre car park In dunstable and I'd used the car park to pull off of the busy high street to sort my baby out.. on 2 separate occasions.. and because I was in the car park for no longer than 5-10 mins I didnt realise i needed a ticket. Do I need to contact them now and ask them to retract it?

You can of course ask but the nature of this business which is split between PPC's and dodgy legals. This means they are only interested in money and not personal circumstances

Because these people are totally ignorant they will try, does not mean they will win, actually BWLegal are losers

So, all you can do is wait and then you have all the help here.
I had the pleasure of a BWL case this week, they sent a rep from a legal firm I'd never heard of.and to be honest we actually wondered if he had fallen asleep. He lost of course.

You will be complaining to the retail park, of course. Not the parking firm!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
