Hi le Kirk, thanks for your quick response.

I sent scans of proof of address to dpo at premier park over the weekend, they said previously that they will begin SAR once they recieve scans which will take 30 days. BW legal on the other hand, say they will only give me until the 11th of this month and collecting activities will commence from then.

I'm confused.. an I missing something?

The SAR is not connected to the letters from BW Legal. The PPC is Premier Park, to whom you correctly submitted the SAR. If they don't reply within 30 days, report them to the ICO. The letter from BW Legal might be a letter before claim if it gives you 30 days to respond and contains financial forms (which you don't fill in) and the full POC. If you have not received a letter of/before claim, then that might be the next thing you will receive (by 11th of this month?) followed by court papers from Northampton CCBC.

As said if there is no answer to the SAR, you report Premier to the ICO

Regarding BWLegal, you are at liberty to ask them on what authority they have to add fake amounts and if this proceeds to court will be communicated to the court.
Adding the amount despite the fact they know this has been tested & the N244 thrown out in the recent court case at Southampton.

BWLegal have no authority ..... if they had, they would not of lost their appeal in Southampton

Yeah the letter I got initially from BW legal was a letter before claim. I asked for an extension on the hold for the claim whist I sought debt advice and they agreed but now they're saying if I dont get back to them with info from SAR by the 11th then this collection business will commence. So I take it that will be the court proceedings then?

So I will have to go to court? $hitting myself would be an understatement... what will happen?

That's a little bit of an over reaction. :D

Have a look at this short video:

    Is that what you imagined?

Almost no-one gets their SAR back before the court claim arrives, on this forum, and everyone wins in court, bar the very odd loss.

Please just read other defence threads. There is no point asking us to reassure you that this is not all 'new and scary' when every post is about court and shows you that a hearing at your local court is actually exhilarating and a good life experience.

Please just read other defence and court threads and the NEWBIES post #2.

Your case is exactly the same as pretty much every single thread on this forum. We realise it's your first time but it is the same for ALL the other 'ordinary law abiding consumer scammed by PPC' posters too, and that's why we have a step by step guide and examples in the sticky thread post #2.

Are they really saying that? Can you scan/photo the letter and post it (using an image hosting site) here. Anyway they will know the info or, if they want it, just ask their client.

This intelligence (or lack of) by BWLegal gets worse daily

All they have to do is ask their client and one could believe they are knowingly being unreasonable in an attempt to scare and pressure you. A judge would be interested in this feeble attempt of extortion

More so, when you are ready, a severe complaint to the SRA about the mal-practice of BWLegal
Frankly, I am amazed that the SRA still carry these people as members

Guys! Thank you, sincerely.. I'm greatful for your time and sorry for wasting it in the instance that I've not read the other posts. I'm not the most academic of people and reading and understanding takes me a while longer than the average person and I use a lot of energy that I dont necessarily have. So my apologies for that.

I haven't a clue what an image hosting site is or how to use one I'm afraid, I have copied and pasted what was in the email BW legal sent in previous posts.. that's as far as I've got so again .. i do apologise.

    To name just two:

    Dropbox

    imgur

Google will tell you what an image hosting site is...

But never mind, the important thing is you are here and when you get your court claim, come back!
