So I emailed BWLEGAL with all of the info you guys have said and I recieved an automate email saying that particular information needs to be written in bold otherwise they wont accept it.
Im Doing it on my phone so cant write in bold.
Will caps do or will I have to find a computer

I wonder which dumbo at BWL wrote that

As long as they can read it, be it bold or not makes no difference.
What next ? a different font or maybe another language ?

Just remind them of their obligation under Data Protection and they have 30 days to respond to a SAR

Respond, rmeind them that youre not reqiured to comply with their demands, and they have recieved a legally complete SAR and MUST comply with it, else youwill immediatley complain to the ICO.

Can you type out exactly what it said; it can't possibly ask for typing in 'bold'!!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Hey guys so just a follow up of what's happening ... so I sent the email to BW LEGAL as advised, their reply was quite rude and dismissive but they said they'd put the case on hold.
Since then I have tried to track down the DPO at premier park LTD to send the SAR to but I'm really struggling. Their website keeps this very vague and seems to just want you to call which, I am not supposed to do right?
Does anyone have an email address for them?

    TIA

Oh dear, they will hang themselves with such poor service.

As said before, they should go back to chasing overdue gas bills and pay day loans ...... something they can prove ?

Just ask Auntie Google by inputting privacy policy premier park ltd and you get this at the bottom of their "keeps falling over" website

  • Hey, sorry about the confusion (the dip shi$ if the year award would be going to me 😄)

I was freaking out and read it wrong 🤦🏻!♀️

I contacted BW legal as advised, changed address and requested hold. Which was granted.

I have since been trying to get the email address from premier Park LTD Of where I would request SAR but have been unsuccessful.

I hope I am making more sense.
