Put it in the reply to BW and tell them to put the case on hold for 30 days as you are getting a SAR and seeking debt advice, but any debt is denied.

Never contact anyone by telephone. You want a written record of everything at this stage.

I have moved house since then as It goes... and i dont think i have changed my address with the DVLA .. will do that first thing.

Are they sending everything to your right address?

If there are two addresses held by the parking firm, tell BW Legal and the PPC to erase the old address immediately. NEVER assume they will use a new address if they have both - PPCs issue claims to old addresses deliberately (true).

No they have been sending to old address. That how I never knew before.

For what? SAR is in post # 2 of the NEWBIE sticky. Change of address is Data Rectification Notice by e-mail telling them your new address and requiring them to ERASE your old one.

So I emailed BWLEGAL with all of the info you guys have said and I recieved an automate email saying that particular information needs to be written in bold otherwise they wont accept it.
Im Doing it on my phone so cant write in bold.
Will caps do or will I have to find a computer ��
