    Thanks guys much appreciate it.
M&S did not have any food left so got a refund after I raved about how good it was. Never mind there will be others.

Hard getting back into work and so cold with a couple of hail storms after all that lovely weather what is going on. Still not completed my application form got until Monday so not too bad but so much to do 11questions and Ive only done 4 completely. Still hopefully worth it.

Nsd again to need to sort PT out but still ok for the next two weeks before we need to pay again.

So it's Friday last day before leave dg has already been at work since 6am and I'll join her in a minute to do my application before I start work. Got two questions left to answer I really struggle with some as I do not quite have the right experience annoyingly my job would do this but just not quite yet. If I get an interview I would be chuffed honestly if not I've spent so much time on this it's quite disheartening.

Went to bootcamp last night our two friends went too lovely to see them even if briefly. Dg worked so did not go but we had done a session in the morning. I then went to pick up a photo collage from when I had my golf hen weekend 16 years ago the new owners of my house had found it so said I could pick it up. Was strange going there she had her new born baby so did not see anything other than the entrance. Would have loved to see more but with COVID and everything it was fine and the husband who I dealt with had not got home yet. Maybe another time.

Still very happy here. Order flowers for my pots this year expensive but just what I wanted and if I can figure out to over winter them it will be cheap next year. The last of my black grass arrived I've done well out of that company they sent me three replacement Peonies and I've had 2 extra black grass plants.

Can't wait for a whole week off so glad it's here. Playing golf Saturday with Dg  Sunday I've signed up for a golf comp playing with really nice people. Dg isn't playing but will practice. Then Monday we go up to where DGs mum lived to see friends and it would have been her birthday Tuesday so will mark that too. More golf  and some gardening and chilling out.

Right best get on with some work.

Sorry for the long absence have really enjoyed the week off has gone so quickly. Played lots of golf and got a few jobs done around the house and a few purchases.

Lovely being back in the shops enjoyed our trip to Dunelm got 4 green cushions £5 each bargain and perfect green to go with the curtain now so much calmer looking without the burgundy old ones.

Got foldable wash basket and a table for the seat out the front. Also paid £170 on 6 golf lessons and renewed Prime when I did not need too. Annoying wasted money but dg gets it with her phone contract and I'm now a family account so get it for free well handy.

Also got two golf tops from the pro shop today half price at £52 for 2 really happy. Also found out that we will get a refund for the golf trip that should have been this weekend will help pay for the lessons.

Golf tomorrow also trying to do the resin for the shower tray outside tricky job also need to do some gardening and golf. Also need to check the hottub water we cannot balance it for whatever reason.

I think that's enough of a update been to bootcamp so a bit shattered lol.

So that was that week off went so quickly but did quite a few things that felt like normality is back which was nice.  Resin went down ok needs to be tidied up around the drain but the stones will now be secure and it's much more usable. Emailed shower company to see if they will help out with the spout that had the frost damage we shall see they are in China.

Went out today to go to a local shopping area quite nice had a free Nero sitting in the sunshine dg has milkshake with my free vouchers from buying capsules from them. Got a £15 rucksack foe PT and dg got some clothes. Also spent £20 in Flying Tiger the closest I get to Denmark these days. They did not have our favourite sweets but got some others plus napkins and a tray to make a beach scene in the pool bar now Easter is over.

Spending wise been a hectic one for me 5 spend days a total of £223 spent so over my allowance and then I have also spent £170 for Golf lessons but they came out of the £250 I got as a credit from the cancelled golf trip.

Not heard re interview yet but other job full time closed Friday so guessing they are looking at them both before selecting for interviews. That would make sense. I only went for the part time one in the end.

Back to work tomorrow and PT session is now 7am tomorrow instead of Wednesday not looking forward to that. Also got a really busy week next week.

Going to watch gardeners world now dg is battling with her compute trying to use an external hard drive. She's about to loose it so going to run down stairs lol.

Thanks Tahlullah still not heard but says on the portal it has now been actioned so must be waiting to do all on one of the applications. A bit more positive about extension of my contract as my teams work is quite crucial and there is an internal role coming up so if someone gets then I can definitely stay I would say but we shall see.

Work busy loving the better weather and trying to do more golf. Also getting some gardening done had my first radish grown under cover very nice. Hope dg gets off the phone so we can get out and play.

No more spends but DGs birthday soon so have to sort something out. Got a small present but need more. Also organising a present for a lady at work but know what I am buying and most have paid so far.

    That's it I think

Thank goodness the weekend is here what a busy long week at work. Interestingly my manager has got a new job not in the team I applied for but another one so at least that's good for her but I'll miss her and if I get my old manager back that will be tough as I did not find her useful at all and I never got given any work. Still not heard about the job I did apply for not sure what's going on. My manager said she found they often take ages to call for interviews but she's resorted to looking in the recruiter diaries looking for interviews. I've not done that and it says application applied for but not rejected or interviewed called so wait and see.

I have seen another one which is really well paid as it's a senior role to one of the ones I would quite like (that one is usually low paid so not gone for). It's only 6 months so not sure and the manager looks brand new but will approach him and see what it is. Could be a new project or something. The questions are identical to one one I've just done but slightly shorter so should be easy to get an application in but waiting to see about the other one first.

Golf lesson for dg today and then a game with friends as one of them is leaving the club. Problem is dg had another meltdown after golf and does not want her lesson or play today. Hopefully she's in a better frame of mind today but we shall see. I'm playing regardless.

Got an M&S bag last night and she insisted I got two so did not say no. Loads of food for £4 all healthy so good for the diet. Freezer is well stocked.

Need to do some gardening today sew more radish and dg likes them and first lot is all ready to eat now. Hope you all have a lovely weekend.

And we have some news ..... drumroll... invited for an interview for the part time role choice of two dates chose the later on (1 week apart) at least that way not having around for the answer also do not fancy doing a presentation over the long weekend.

Money all over the place as got money from team for birthday present to one of the others and I was over budget anyway. I'll pay for postage for my mums present as dg is giving her her brand new golf sandals as they do not fit but they will her. Dg is still on the hunt for new golf shoes that does not hurt her feet.

I'm off to B&Q to collect the bit for my mum they did not deliver. Been a nightmare B&Q trying to get this and fence paint.  Ordered for home delivery free over £50 and then the £10 item was suddenly not in stock after I'd paid so the refunded £5 instead of £10 as I now had to pay delivery. I complained and got the £5 back. As for the paint it's never in stock or I order and I get 2 out of 3. Trying again tonight to get it so annoying as it's so much more expensive in small tins and we have lots of fence.

Dg is working late so best be off soon although I would have preferred to just chill out.

Congrats on the interview.  Has dg tried skechers golf shoes?  DH has some - says they are very comfy.  Its really difficult trying to get stuff at the moment.  I've added lots of stuff to my online baskets only to find its out of stock on checkout.  I had four bottles of squash in my supermarket shop basket the other day - when the delivery arrived there was no squash - not even an alternative.  Online shopping is still very hit and miss.
