Thanks for popping in Viking MF journals are lovely 5 years is great as you can really see how it has evolved and what works were.No gardening here today late night so late start. Just found out I didn't even make the interview stage a bit gutted. I'll ask for feedback but I'm guessing it's the huge amount of unemployment right now and the internal people who are like me on short term contracts. At least I have 4 months actually 5 if you count March so plenty of time and I get more experience plus I might even get another extension.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Wow! So sorry to her that TG. You would have thought you would be considered for an interview when you are already internal. It makes you wonder what it is they are looking for. As you say, the good news is that you have time to try to find something else that suits, plus the possible extension. Now is the time to reflect and see if you wanted this job because you enjoy working in this organisation, or if you wanted it because it gave security. It makes a difference to your forward planning. Best of luck whatever you choose to do going forward.

Thanks Tahlullah I really don't know it was just not meant to be and it was only 1 years maternity cover so would have had to search after that. If I get 4 months on effect 5 now it would only extend it by 7 months.Been nice to have an extra long weekend treated myself to an app game £5.99 to avoid the adverts but since then no spend on my personal account. Had a gardener look at my plot Saturday she's really nice and she's agreed we can work together on Saturday to get my planters in the back sorted out and added some fresh compost as they have now been down since 2014 so I think they need it.Had a lovely take away meal Friday and cooked the pork with beans from the Simply cook set on Saturday. Not that amazing the beans we ok but nothing special neither was the pork so not something to order again also only enough spice for 2 pork chops.Today I've been working in the garden got most of the grape hyacinth out as they were killing the native blue berries. Got 5 pots of snowdrops in the green yesterday for £10 so they can go in too you can never have enough snowdrops and I've got none. Want some aconite reminds me of Denmark.
Grass looks scruffy but will extend the boarder and put an apple tree down there. Also moved DGs seat and it's so much nicer now it's on the other side. The concrete needs cleaning up and I can done something with pots on the other wall it's east facing so could be ok. Also got the water butt finally fitted into the downpipe so I can have water around that side. Also went to B&Q and got lots soil for the planters in the back really heavy getting them home and my car was rather low but we did it.Also made a list in my journal what I have ordered and what I have already got of seeds of plants.I really look forward to Saturday and getting started on everything.Sorry for the long garden update hope it wasn't too boring.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Just started a redundancy process and cannot terminate new fixed term staff just because the term has come to an end. The org has to go through a full redundancy process - can't use last in first out, so they have to select the pool for redundancy, which I assume will include your colleagues. Don't assume it will be you who leaves. Have a look on BMIS.
I wish I could get into gardening. Just isn't my thing.

Thanks sounds interesting it's just two of us on fixed term contract rest are permanent. Work busy but having a 10 min break after a session I ran just now.Forgot to say when you buys something in B&Q they usually email you a voucher the next day or so if you have their club card thingy. It is worth looking though as I got one about 20% of flooring which I almost ignored but at the bottom was a £10 off £75 which I used to buy the soil much better than the £5 of £50 they have just emailed me. Last a until mid April so worth looking out if you're getting stuff from there. Also annoyingly just got 10% off Made.com you never get them and we'd just ordered only last a week so no good for the chairs either.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Another NSD although I have spent over the budget this month and borrow from last months surplus. £30 for a lottery at the ladies section at the golf club, plants and that game that's still £240 still on 4 spending days so far.
.
Been so lovely here today went for a walk at lunchtime very brief but nice. My waterbutt fell over need to fill it up as it's too light and it's not raining.Bootcamp tonight sadly she's stopping so will have to come up with something else as gym isn't back until April really gutted she's so good. There are local outdoor classes might have to try them or we have free ones with the golf club but not sure they will carry on.Looking a bit more positive for going to Denmark in July if they are looking at it gain in April then maybe from May. Denmark is unlike to go on a red list really need to see my family it will be over 18 months before I see them. Cancelled some leave around Easter so we just have the 1 week off which is nice as it's the week of the 12/4 so can at least go to the pub sit outside and play golf. Very happy with that. Also taken week and half off in September for my nieces confirmation as need to see them really.
Enough waffle should go and do the waterbutt before it flies away again.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Oh dear not a no spend day as my Graze box came out but it at least healthy snacks. Then as it wasn't a no spend I also bought a trial box of corn snacks for £1.99 so £5 spent. Still over budget but I had some slack from last month.Got some interest feedback I did not have enough examples they did not specify what I had actually done. Bit annoyed as I thought they did that but good to get the feedback at least I can change that. Will be good to have for the next one as I'm not sure mine will get extended but I don't know yet. Looks like I can apply to be a home worker otherwise we should only go into The office max 2 days a week. Not really relevant yet anyway.Looks like golf is back end of March thought it was 12/4. Glad I've got time to do the garden before then think I've worked out a design for the front now need to mark it out. Really need to buy a lawn mover too grass is growing like mad.So glad it's only 1 day to the weekend had enough of this week and really need to crack on with some work tomorrow still a bit behind.Save £12k in 25 No 49

I hope Denmark happens. I was hoping to be in Greece at the end of May but I’m just not sure it can happen. It’s a trip I’d postponed from last year. It’s just too close to when restrictions might be lifted and no word yet on how Greece May or may not lift restrictions.3

Caerler that is a bit close sadly will you get the money back or rebook. We’ve got a trip with our old golf club booked mid April booked 2 years ago postponed from last April obviously. They won’t give the money back but hopefully someone else will go as we’ve not seen those people for two years+ really.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Not enough examples. Oh well, as you say, you can fix that. And a bit of an odd thing to say you can apply to be a home worker now. At least if you do stay on, you can take advantage of that. What I do not give, you must never take by force.
