Thanks both it is a lovely room although I wanted a utility room in the garage it is fun to have your own bar but it a traditional one. I would not have liked the pub look this is copied a bit from a cafe we used to have brunch at in London. The skyline is a decal aka it sticker you stick on the wall. I think Wayfair and EBay were where we got them. They range from £10 to £30 so not too bad. Here is one we have in the second bedroom.

That is absolutely fantastic news TG!  So, now comes the hard part, because you know some of them.  I always find it harder to be interviewed by people I know.  When is the interview?  Does it mean you have to leave your current job before the end of the contract?  Will they be ok with that?

Thanks all much appreciated it's at 4pm on Friday so will be back from Bootcamp thank goodness if I had wanted to delay it would have been 2/11 too long to wait. Issue is I have to do a presentation about managing a high performing team. It's ok but not much time to prep but hopefully I can do some at bootcamp if I don't feel to tired. I have also got 4 hours when I get back. They want an actual presentation so ideally want to deliver that but we shall see it is a bit tight. Luckily I will not really know any of the panel so no issues with being internal although it is the same large directory. I do not think they will let me leave early but we shall see I would like to as it's very monotonous what I'm doing now. Had a good chat with my line manager which was really helpful so I can use that in the interview funnily enough. 

Dg is in a right state screaming at her IT right now as she has not finished work yet. Quite bored with it she keeps threatening to quit trying not to let all the drama affect me.  

Going to have dinner then pack leaving about 12 tomorrow.

Thanks Tahlullah it went ok I felt I connected with them in Particular the most senior manager. I did waffle a lot and it was quite long over an hour. We shall see will know Monday. I do really want it sounds so good. 

Bootcamp was so so hard we did an equivalent and 48 x 45min session in the week. We did go after the celebrations on the Thursday night so missed the final 1 hour 7am run as I wanted to sleep in my Own bed before my interview.  

Ache all over but lost 3lb and 6 1/2 inches dg lost 9 1/2 inches and 6 lb. we will both continue  to lose weight and I can definitely feel my clothes fitting better. I will keep it up this time. The plan is to go back for a 1 full day in Feb when the same two trainers are back. Show them and us we can do it better and fitter and we then have to keep it going. 

New ideas for food recipes which will be good to try out. Dg likes the broccoli soup so happy to make that. Did have two low alcohol beers last night and some Prosecco. BIL and sil down this evening for dinner but not really having pudding just some stolen as she is German so I think she'll like it. 

House is really nice and tidy loads of washing to do and gardening this weekend. Weather is grim and the hottub is off as we did not add enough chemicals  before we left so hopefully the big dose yesterday has sorted it or we are not going in tonight either.   

Can't wait to do pump on Monday at the gym to see how much fitter I now am. Will also be doing some power walking in the field behind us and more pump.
