Hi I received a parking charge notice from premier park ltd at the end of August. I ignored the letter and all subsequent letters as was told that they can’t be enforced and I stupidly didn’t look into it myself. I have now received a notice from pp legal saying I need to pay £170. I have just realised that I paid on the phone for the parking but it didn’t come out of my account. I’m thinking I’m gonna have to pay up or ignore it again and hope they don’t take me to court. Any thoughts gratefully received.

Start by sending a late appeal using the blue template from the NEWBIES. You have nothing to lose.

You certainly don't owe £170 to anyone unless a judge says so.

You should edit your post to remove information about who did what. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people. ;)
I married my cousin. I had to...

Bear in mind they will try court if you do not sort this out , it's hardly their fault if no payment was received , even if you tried to pay at the time. Technology failures happen all the time , as far as they are concerned , they lost money through no fault of their own so are charging the default tariff of £100 as stated on the signs

And NOT on a phone, or you won't be able to see things like my signature below.

They can't recover over £100. See the thread by CEC16.
I’m thinking I’m gonna have to pay up
    No.

Is there a specific template for late appeals or do I use the generic one? Thanks

Use the one-size-fits-all template written in BLUE - no need to mention it is late. Send it without additions, deletions or modifications.

Use the generic blue text appeal

There is nothing for late to the party people , PP will reject it anyway , regardless

Sounds like you are actually at LBC stage, not appeal?

Read the 2nd post in the NEWBIES thread about getting a SAR and preparing to win this in court (yes you can!).

Thanks everyone need to do some reading.... am I right in thinking if I appeal they will likely reject and it will go to court if I don’t pay, and if I ignore the letters they will likely do the same anyway? I can prove I called the ring go number to pay from my phone bill
