So I received a letter before claim at the end of February so followed the steps asked for the SAR which they sent and I got the claim put on 30 day hold, then covid happened and nothing came of it. I have now received a letter before claim again so I guess I go through the same steps as before?

Not really , especially not the SAR because it's already been done , they don't allow either option twice

I would , plus I would get up to speed because a lot happened since March , so prepare for a court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton , gather your evidence and your thoughts and start preparing your defence based on the template by Coupon mad

Read a dozen recent winning court cases , understand the basics and the timeline , the what happens when. Think of it as a wake up call after your snooze

No chance , they have 6 years to issue a court claim and due to the pandemic their income has dropped so they are all chasing up old invoices. We told you 12 months ago to prepare for a court claim , nothing has changed apart from these companies are gearing up to harass people regarding old invoices

I'd respond, asking them why on earth didn't they respond back in March and why they think pretending they never sent a letter was w good plan. It's harassment.
