if anyone has one with no estimated payment date I would advise you don't bother raising claims as you just get automated responses from a machine that doesn't realise what the problem is. request a callback and speak to someone they will sort it out0 -
fenwick458 said:I've just checked all the details again:
1st one (TSB Classic plus) I opened 18th November, never tracked, put a claim in mid december, claim got declined on 18th Dec, then showed as tracked on that same day but with no expected date, and I've yet to be paid out
2nd one (Classic account) opened on 18th Dec, tracked OK from the start, Estimated date was 15th, paid out ok on 13th may.0 -
I just noticed that Quidco appears to have the £50 TSB offer back on for Classic Plus accounts if anyone fancies another

"One user who appeared to fulfil the terms for each of the first three months did not continue to pay in for the third full month after the account was opening. Their cashback offer showed as 'tracked', with no decision either way.
This person had opened an account on 21 November 2019, and paid money in and out in November, December and January."
Ooh, I'm kind of feeling famous now
Still just saying tracked, still no status change since 21 November, 2 support calls to Quidco basically said they can do nothing and just have to wait for the retailer to process it, over 6 months now
Retired 1st July 2021.
This is not investment advice.
Your money may go "down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... I got all tricked up and came up to this thing, lookin' so fire hot, a twenty out of ten..."0
