I spoke to someone on live chat just now about my account opened 8th December.
This was her reply -
The estimated payment date was a mistake on the system , this retailer takes 6 months to pay the cashback and that this is estimated to be paid on the 14th of June.

If so, the 6 months is new. I was paid on April 9 for accounts opened 24 November and 30 November.mummyof5 said:I spoke to someone on live chat just now about my account opened 8th December.

Anyway, let's hope some more payments will come forward on June 14, if not before.2 -

Accounts I opened last month have a estimated payment date of October so again five months according to Quidco/tsb.
Which would mean December opened accounts would pay out this month which has been borne out by some a few posts back. Except mine hasn’t been and has no estimated payment date.
So it should be paid in June, holds breath.2 -

£500 in and out Standing order every monthEd-1 said:What kind of (and how many) transactions did you do on these accounts?
and 2 debit card transactions on each every month except march where i forgot and only made one on one of the accounts, and that paid out ok
Had a reply from quidco CS, basically a long speil saying "...they always try to adhere to their estimated payment dates, but sometimes this isn't possible, and if it goes beyond the date then they will look into it..."
so I'm guessing thats an automated reply or they havent read what i wrote, because the problem i have is THERE IS NO ESTIMATED PAYMENT DATE...!
I have the same on the 2x TSB account i applied for via Quidco, no estimated payment date

This is not investment advice.
Your money may go "down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... I got all tricked up and came up to this thing, lookin' so fire hot, a twenty out of ten..."1 -

I've just checked all the details again:
1st one (TSB Classic plus) I opened 18th November, never tracked, put a claim in mid december, claim got declined on 18th Dec, then showed as tracked on that same day but with no expected date, and I've yet to be paid out
2nd one (Classic account) opened on 18th Dec, tracked OK from the start, Estimated date was 15th, paid out ok on 13th may.
