Well whadaya know!
The expires today tsb offer that was an addition to the usual four listed has gone.
The four offers for two accounts that have been there from the start.....are still there.

I'm already a member of TSB but should I recommend this to others perhaps0

You should recommend it to yourself - already having an account with TSB doesn't disqualify you.sabretoothtigger said:I'm already a member of TSB but should I recommend this to others perhaps0 -
And the offer is still there, looks like they were just churning their own offer to get a few more accounts opened and I’m pleased to say I helped them out there!Yorkshire_Pud said:Well whadaya know!

One of two accounts I opened Friday has appeared in my usual online banking.
Still can’t get the other accounts to join it though, think I need to raise a complaint to get the appropriate leverage on the people who are supposed to help me merge accounts instead of just cuffing the matter and telling me off for having ‘too many’ accounts.

TSB are really unbelievable in their incompetence aren't they!?
I opened another account through the Quidco offer a few days ago, having last done it back in November.
As before it didn't immediately link to my existing login.
Back then, in November, they sent out emails a few days later sayingWhen you applied for your new account, we noticed that you were already registered for internet banking. As you haven’t logged in within the past 90 days, to make things easier for you, we’ll cancel your old Internet Banking registration and keep the news ones you’ve just set up.This was untrue in every respect - I had logged in regularly and they hadn't cancelled my old login, they'd simply added the new account to the existing login. No 'steps' were needed. Everyone got similar and everyone thought it was absurd.
Just follow all the steps below....
In my naivety I assumed that in the 6 months since that even incompetent TSB would have fixed this glaring and massively misleading error, but no, today I get the same email, with the same lies. And, lo and behold, in spite of the email the new account is now available on my old login.
What a load of plonkers!
Sorry if this is well-known to all still - I'm just astonished that they haven't corrected their systems - I am actually shocked!

I doubt they even realise the emails are the wrong way round.Zanderman said:TSB are really unbelievable in their incompetence aren't they!?

I ignore the emails they send. Also the letter with the activation code, which doesn’t work, anyway 🤣1

I opened 2 accounts last week (never had TSB) for the £65 Quidco cashback, I don't remember being asked a memorable question. Anyway I get the email, strange as I don't remember logging in ever and for only one account it seems, cant remember which. Go in its a right palaver. Regretting this now.colsten said:I ignore the emails they send. Dealing with TSB isn’t for the faint hearted at best of times 🤣🤣🤣Sandyra said:I opened 2 accounts last week (never had TSB) for the £65 Quidco cashback, I don't remember being asked a memorable question. Dealing with this offer on top requires even more resilience and stamina, it seems. Hang on in there!1
