There’s a workaround for that which is to infill username and first password then scroll down and go back one page then press continue and it accepts the username which is retained as is first password then infill second confirmation password and continue.

Trouble is it still creates a separate profile with the same log in details which don’t work for the new account and if you go the register a new account route then it recognises you’ve input usual log in details and defaults to the old accounts log in and offers up the old memorable information choices rather than set up new ones so you can’t find your new account unless you are lucky and it gets merged.

But it presumably still doesn't appear on that profile until later?

One did after two days the others haven’t two weeks later. TSB can’t see the new account either when I phoned but one CS did but said couldn’t do anything. In branch they could see all my accounts but not merge and said it could take eight weeks! I think they don’t want to help.

Was £65 at 9, just refereshed and yep - £50.

Re using the same accounts, I use a different username and password, but same name and address, and eventually they merged the accounts (IIRC I wasn't asked so if I wasn't in charge of both they'd have a security issue there!).

Used a different address for another opening and it hasn't merged yet.

Mine is tracking at £50 as well
Had you cleaned your cookies before the application? I always do, before any purchase through any cashback site.

Mine used to track with £50 and an estimate payment date before; today, it tracked with £0 and no estimated payment date for me.
Around what time yesterday did you apply? Has it added an extra tracked entry at £50 now (in addition to the £0 entry)? Just wondering whether it changed sometime throughout yesterday as the page now says 'last updated 01 May'.

Can't remember what time I applied, and the tracked information hasn't changed since yesterday. The transaction is also not listed in the claims dialogue (all my others are listed) though that might be because the transaction was too recent.
