Thanks colsten, funnily enough I received the letters today. As you said the activation code doesn't work. Rang up only because it said I had 3 failed attempts and it would block my account. So it seems they have linked my accounts classic and classic plus, so have had to cancel my registration, re-register and set up OTP. Thankfully I'm in. Oh dear, 53 pages is telling me that getting the cashback off Quidco will equally be not as easy.
Oh well, patience is actually my middle name. 🤣

My latest two accounts appeared in my existing online banking as if by magic, even though I had to specify new usernames in the application. I haven't recently received silly emails or letters about verification codes, so may be they have stopped these now. I have, however, been unable to make an external payment, or to set up a standing order to an external account on one of these accounts, and the other new one only allowed 1 external SO to be set up. I have bypassed these issues by making internal transfers/SOs, and then a new external SO from an old account. TSB seem to have endless ways of trying to make it difficult for their customers.1

Faster Payments into these new accounts are working fine.1

one of my claims paid out today that had estimated date as 15th, but the one that didn't track initially, and then tracked after I raised a claim but didn't have a estimated payout date, didn't pay out. So guess I'll have to chase that one up with quidco
I did a few accounts for a friend too, both his paid out today, estimated date was 15th May and they were opened mid December
god this has been a long haul......!1 -

Ed-1 said:What kind of (and how many) transactions did you do on these accounts?
and 2 debit card transactions on each every month except march where i forgot and only made one on one of the accounts, and that paid out ok
Had a reply from quidco CS, basically a long speil saying "...they always try to adhere to their estimated payment dates, but sometimes this isn't possible, and if it goes beyond the date then they will look into it..."
so I'm guessing thats an automated reply or they havent read what i wrote, because the problem i have is THERE IS NO ESTIMATED PAYMENT DATE...!2 -
I’ve got two tsb from last December that haven’t paid out yet and both have a blank ‘estimated payment date’. As for contact Quidco it just goes to a generic faqs page with no option to message them. So I wait and wait, only five months so far.1
