UKCPS - “No Stopping” Parking Charge

Yes. A registered keeper has emailed a complaint to the address indicated by Monty1924 and he/she received an answer by UKCPS saying to appeal using the procedures indicated on NTK. So either that address is a UKCPS address or the landlord forwarded the complaint email to UKCPS.0
-
Then complain to Workman again, and this time that they passed your data to a third party without your permission and that they are handing over complaints to a scam ex-clamper firm instead of handling complaints that are clearly about that firm, and should not be shared with them. And that this will be reported to the ICO.
And do that complaint, about Workman, online as a concern about how your data was handled. See what the ICO say about this.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Guys, quick question. Almost all the parking charge notices issued at gateway house picadilly are for no stopping and alot of taxi drivers have been affected. One taxi driver was issued 4 tickets which is disgusting really.
Apparently this hasn't always been the case. What is the best way to get this scam sorted?
I am in the process of writting to Manchester City Council and DVLA to get this looked into.
Do you guys have any other suggestions?0 -
the landowners name us known but is not interested in assisting

If the tickets are issued by a council, we don't get involved. We deal primarily with those issued by private parking companies. If you think the councils are bad, spend a few days on this forum! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Nope these are all about the same UKCPS site, and there is no point writing to the Council.
Complain to the landowners, and taxi drivers should boycott the place and tell the landowner why they will not pick people up there due to a scam parking firm infesting it.
Tel all the taxi drivers to KEEP ALL THE LETTERS AND NOT THROW THEM AWAY.
If anyone gets a court claim - send them here. Tell them NOT to go anywhere near a parking appeals pay-for 'service' and to check Trustpilot if they were thinking about that.
This forum helps all, and we write proper defences and WS.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Understood, I have advised drivers to keep all the letters. What's ironic is that the rules appear simple. If they claim that the drivers are not authorised to stop, then surely its trespass and if they have signs up and drivers are entering a contract then dropping someone off doesn't count as parking.
Isn't either the landowner or operator breaking the law?0 -
Yes and no, PPCs break various laws including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for starters.
But it's not against the law per se, to issue PCNs by twisting a driver's conduct that is possibly (but clearly not!) trespass, and dressing it up as if this was a contractually agreed parking licence, to do that which was forbidden.
It's absurd and a legal nonsense, a sign that breaches the CRA 2015 schedule 2 in multiple ways and has no legal effect - but it's not illegal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi does anyone know if you do appeal and lose if you still have to pay the £100 instead of £60.
