@Skint_yet_Again I'm thinking care costs would take the bulk of it. Even if they didn't and I gave my share, it wouldn't be enough for the great plans.
Sibling wouldn't want to buy me and other sibling out as wants to move to a rural location, acres of land, self-build and be fully self-sufficient.
Wants doesn't match income / loan possibilities and there's no compromising; that was made very clear to me a few days ago. Age and money isn't on siblings side 🙄
I'm the youngest, that sibling the eldest and has talked about doing this for years.

Ah ok 😬 Reality will sink in at some point but I guess they don’t thank you for pointing it out before then. Have been accused of being negative by DS at times when in truth just pointing out the reality of life 🙄0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Apologies for being quite on my diary for a few days, I've a lot going on in my head. Also been getting up just after 3am as it's quite light up here, even with blackout blinds everywhere.
That 'issue' raised its very ugly head again. Must update my CV ready for when the world is calm again.
An old foot issue is back with a vengeance, I've managed to ignore / cope with it for years, but I can't put the pad or toes down when walking, which is going to end up screwing my ankle up and making other things worse, plus my knee is still causing issues. I could have an operation, but if it goes wrong, I won't ever walk on it again; it's too much of a risk at my age.
There's not one part of me that doesn't have something wrong!
OH picked my meds up and I'm going to register with the doctor this week.
Managed to hobble to the garden after work and plant my spuds. I've got three sacks so hopefully I should get one spud out of them 😁
One runner bean is sprouting, all my salad items are too. Must buy a proper watering can as I'm using a small one designed for houseplants.
OH is taking me for a drive tomorrow to get me out for a bit.
We had duck and veg tonight.

Oh No MF I feel your foot pain 😫 can relate but I guess I am lucky hopefully mine will heal in time with no lasting problems. Can understand your dilemma about the op though. I had a similar outlook when they removed part of my thyroid. Thankfully the outcome for me was good & didn’t make things worse.Hope things ease for you soon0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

@savingholmes I do and it makes me smile each day and I often sit on the sofa, look around the lounge and grin 😁
Bee sting area is still visible and I shaved round it in case it didn't like a razor over it.
We keep having fog and most til at least lunchtime. I hope your storms pass soon as that's been going on a few days now hasn't it?
@Skint_yet_Again it is just being realistic, because I've spent a few years researching everything myself and passed on everything I learned. I've sent mortgage calculators etc so sibling can see for themselves what's viable.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -
