I would love a proper smallholding, but funds won't allow it and we'd need enough of an income to meet basic bills and have sufficient monies for retirement to keep it going.
This way feels a step closer, but without the animals. Depending on how it goes, potentially I could offer mud baths 😁
Found my glasses, in my handbag which I'd already checked a few times.
Won £100 on the PBs 😎 it is automatically reinvested.
Haven't been well enough to tweak my budget and I pottered slowly along today.
No change to tomorrow's plans, addition of organising the things that arrived today, popping to the PO to send off some gifts and moving money around.
I'm resting with my feet up for the evening.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -

So miss working short weeks, but being FT means the mortgage can get cleared quicker; £750 O/P made this week!
Wrapped more gifts today, I'll hopefully get them all finished the weekend.
I've got my courses printed off, cost £12.20 and it was the same price whether single or back to back. I'll file them in a folder tomorrow and swot the first course.
Popped into the butchers and grabbed fry up items while out.
I have practiced nails, straight colour on one, four different art styles on the others. It was a lot of fun and I'll keep practicing, including French, as I've sufficient falsies.
I'm resting, with my feet up, as I've only just taken my first lot of meds 😕Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -

I'll be making a further small O/P this month. It felt good seeing a bigger number drop and I'll see it reduce dramatically each month.
Had several tech items arrived today, I'd also placed another order with the supplier I've picked and purchased a mystery box as a treat for me which I'm very happy with as it's various gel colours / items, glitters and accessories; I'll add one to each order.
I'll do courses on threading and tints when I've saved up enough; these were previous plans years ago too.
I've added a few cases to my auction watch list as I need one just for nail colours and will buy a folding trolley to attach all the cases to for ease of transportation. The overall cost is cheaper than buying a proper trolley case and I can take specific cases for each job.
I had a bit more of a tidy up today, TomBo has been out exploring; he'll be popping out again in a bit as we're having kebab for tea.
As usual, I've had a nap and now got my feet up resting.

What a day. Had a meeting, got repeatedly talked over, everything I said was rejected and I kept turning it back on them. Got ripped apart, then told I'm thorough and good at my job. Needless to say I've had enough and I immediately submitted my application for the other job; I'll find out in a few days if I have an interview.
As my enthusiasm vacated, I looked at my screen trying to think what I was doing / needed to do, and instead worked out potential O/Ps / savings over the next quarter and 12 months; should be able to manage £1k between them.
- made a £5 O/P this week.
TomBo presented me with a bag of chocolate when he walked through the door, gave me repeated hugs and said he's getting us Chinese for tea; was very tasty!
I have sorted out all the courses I want to complete and will start picking those off once I've got my nail tech ones. I've got all equipment ready and have several boxes to sort and organise the weekend!
- I'll be saving money each month to build up the course money. January pay I'll put away my membership and insurance fees.
I've got my feet up watching TV, desperately trying to unwind.

Thanks Skinty and SH
My workmates are really concerned about the impact on my MH let alone the additional stress it's putting on my physical health. They're gutted I've taken the decision to apply for other roles. As you'll appreciate there's a lot I'm not saying but needless to say it's been from the start of this role and I was blamed for everything that's going on. It's not normal to burst out crying when a colleague asks how you're feeling today.
- I spent a few hours drafting an email, barely half way through what I want to say and it's three pages; I've not decided if I'll send it or wait until I've got another job.
I've now got all my tech cases. I need to put everything into piles, decant glitters into small bottles, split spares off and start filling my cases. So far everything for waxing, threading and tinting is boxed and tucked away.
Last night I had a play with my nails, three different styles of design on one hand. I'll have a play with the other tomorrow night and do more practice on the falsies over the weekend.
So pleased I've positive things going on in my personal life ☺️Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2
