Thanks SH, I'd imagine OS mint has plenty of alternative uses!

Managed to lose those oz as I didn't eat all my fruit, had soup for tea and we had shared exercise; I am now 11st 9lb 🤗🤗 I'm beginning to believe I can get the weight off!

Apparently, I should be 7st 8 to 10st for my height. However, I think a size 10/12 would be right as I want to have cake occasionally and nice meals, but don't want to look gaunt and risk my health as I've come too far this year.

I had a bit of a pamper last night, used the new facial exfoliator (N1v3a) and wow, it's great. I followed it with my usual B-sh0p body butter and got up today looking refreshed ☺️

I may be posting a card today and have a walk round the village, depends if TomBo is happy me going out in this weather, followed by a full pamper.

I imagine losing the weight has been part of your health improvement and restored energy levels too. Well done.

Thanks SH, I think it's the meds and being more settled as I've been a lot lighter than this and in an even worse state!

Wasn't sure if the weightloss was incorrect so I weighed myself yesterday, still got 11st 9 on the scales. Tried to rest / sleep but between deliveries and TomBo it wasn't happening. He went I his lunch break, I went to bed and didn't surface til 5pm.

Today I've taken it easy, did my legs, had a shower, went to get my glasses and have lens trial. Everything fits perfectly. It's taken several attempts to get the lenses out at home, until I remembered how I used to do it and out they popped 🤭
    - lens trial and removal at home made 10x worse due to having a reaction to TomBo's body spray but anti-h finally helping 😨

My old glasses are for gardening, last set I'll put in the car, new sets are gorgeous.

He did the shopping first thing while I had a lie in and popped to A1D1 while I was in opticians.

Not sure what's for tea, as it's "whatever is cooked first". I'm wrapped up on my chair and cat is snoring.

Thank you SH, so am I 😊

I'm dealing with more and more complex things at work, it can be slow going but I'm quickly picking it up for when I encounter a similar situation again.

Deliveries are now slowing down and I'm only waiting on a few necklaces (same seller), a couple of dresses and cardigans.
    - still haven't got round to putting my purchases away but have been wearing some already 🤭

TomBo is off colour today, but it's not stopped him going out to the garden a few times.

My hair bun maker accessory arrived today and I'll have a go at using that this week.

I'll also be taking a dress to the sewing lady, see if she can do an alteration I want for it as there's an event in a couple of months I'm wearing it for!
    - just have to be careful with weightloss and somehow lose it from the belly downward.

We're going to Ed Friday, have a mooch round the shops, maybe lunch in a restaurant. There will be a fair amount of walking.

    Lost another 1lb ☺️

    Chicken wraps for tea!

    Thanks SH, DIA and Skinty

TomBo still isn't right and he looks very tired, but he does work hard. Thankfully he booked a very long weekend. Today he's been out on his bike and is doing the cleaning; he told me to sit down.

I've collected my meds, been to the bakery and butcher.

While out I dropped the dress off. The woman put pins everywhere, adjusted, tweaked, got me to walk around to make sure I was happy, look in the mirror, tweaked some more, took photos, more tweaks, walks and altering. After an hour we were both both very happy, then I put a jacket and other things on getting to see the impact of it all; more photos and so many compliments from her. It will be ready next week, when I get another fitting. I can go back with it for any weightloss alterations in a few months, but we don't think it will need any due to the style.
    - promised to send her a photo taken at the event and my legs were shaking seeing it on properly for the first time as I've no full length mirror!

We're having bacon rolls for tea.

I like the idea of altering clothes.
