Hope everything goes well with the regulator. Hot desking is not good when you have adaptions. Counting down the days now

    Thanks Skinty and SH

I refused to hot desk today. I left my 2nd bag at home which has meds / money and it's been rather unbearable. It's made me realise how much pain I am in without masking it on a daily basis.

I'm hoping the regulator is favourable, all I can do is reiterate I wasn't in practice and it was a blip. I'll get that sorted tomorrow, save it hanging around. Then it's about a month before I get a result, either no case or referral to tribunal.

My new role will make adjustments and I'll get adjustments for my exams too. Fingers crossed I get a start date for both soon.

Get my car repaired in 9 working days 😃 still only planning health food shop on dropping off and swimming on collection.

I've been confined to the sofa and managed to get my PJs and dressing gown on. Not in any rush to go anywhere as it's alternating between high winds, rain and sun.

Hope you can rest and relax over the weekend. Well done on refusing to hot desk or you would probably have been a lot worse

Thanks Skinty, hot desking isn't the best and all because the company are too tight / daft not to have the same set ups on each system.

It's been good having my feet up, takes the pressure off most parts and the meds have helped too.

TomBo got me some apple and b.current squash.

Had chips and chilli sauce for tea, gf / vegan cookies for pudding; had to put the packet out of arms reach as they taste so nice.

    Still got high winds today.

Not much planned. I'll be going to the chemist to collect my remaining meds, posting stuff to an acquaintance and grabbing strawberries from my butcher.

I'll have a look at my garden before coming back upstairs. It's due to rain this afternoon, therefore no watering required.

After that I'll have a coffee and rummage for any more paperwork to send to my regulator, get it done and out the way.

Then I will put my feet up and have a proper look through my cookbook.

The zzzz meds didn't make any difference, still kept waking all night when moving. Perhaps I expected too much with taking a pill, going to bed, sleeping through and waking fresh as a daisy the following morning 🤭

Good luck with the paperwork rummage.
I envy you a local butcher!
I hope you sleep better tonight.

    Thank you DIA

I made it to the communal part of the garden, before TomBo told me to turn round and get on with my shopping.

PO and chemist trip went well.

I also had a good catch up with my butcher; we set the world to rights and he doesn't blame me for leaving my job based on their behaviour 🤭 got two lots of strawbs and they look even nicer than the ones I've been buying in the week.

I've gone with the old 'less is more' option as it felt like I'd be giving too much evidence to use against me if I produced what I have. Instead I provided official proof there isn't anything now and confirmed it was unregulated payments for my debts. Reiterated how things have changed a lot and how I manage finances. I'll find out in a month if it can be ignored or if I'm going before the panel for a decision. Worst case is I'm struck off and fined, better case I have restrictions / fine, fabulous case is nothing to answer for, with numerous others in-between.
    - it's in and I can't do more or change what has happened.

I've had a mocha and pasta with a garlic and tomato sauce.

High winds are ongoing and I've watered all the indoor herbs and veg. I'm still confined to the sofa for the rest of today.

Good luck with it all. It's better to know.

    Thanks SH

It cost me just under £20 to obtain that information, which was the remainder of my food budget for this month.

I checked the T&C's of my bank account and it turns out I need to pay in a certain amount each month. I quickly moved a chunk of money out, ready to move it back again in July.

New neighbours were doing DIY, in bursts, so I went into the garden. It's taken a bashing due to the winds, but will hopefully bounce back. I picked two garlic as the stems had broken.

We had rice noodles with veg. I had strawbs and they were so tasty, even better than the others I've been buying.

Sleep was no different last night. I don't think these should have been prescribed, based on the leaflet info and what I said during the call. Once again the Dr is looking at my health as individual issues and not as a whole problem.

I'll fill my car up in a bit, just about to have a mocha. No real plans for today as this week will be hectic as I'm covering a colleagues absence plus everything else I normally do, be so glad when I've left.
