Great news re the DB pension. That could be life/pension transforming later in life.

Thanks SH
Just have to try and extract SP details out of TomBo to ensure he's on track for a full one too, that way if anything happens to either of us the survivor is fine; he gets all my money and the flat.
I've been pulling my hair out, got worse as time went on and a simple explanation evolved into over 2.5 hours of repeatedly explaining the same thing. Don't ask what time I eventually finished ☹️
Just have to cling on, keep counting down the days and endeavour to quickly bounce back when I leave. I'm even more exhausted and want to curl up and lock the world away.
TomBo cooked spicy chicken and fresh spinach, with cheese and fresh baby toms on mini flat breads; I ended up wearing some of the sauce 🙈 had chocolate for pudding.
Had my Christmas T vouchers arrive, got £31.50 towards whatever we are doing. TomBo got his booster and flu appointment invite.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -

Keep going MF it’s nearly over 🤗 we will keep cheerleading you along 😁 If you are working from home do you have to keep answering this person? Can you take your phone off the hook or not repeatedly answer their emails? I have changed my teams settings to appear offline. My manager is aware. Stops unwanted contact from a certain colleague who is not even on my team but constantly asks the same questions

Thanks SH it was delicious!
Thanks Skinty, no one is helping this person (as I suspected would happen), I knew within a few sentences they were not the right person for the role, they won't last in it and nothing I'm seeing is altering my opinion. I rarely give out my number, don't answer online calls unless prewarned someone is calling and I get / run most of my workload via email.
I just wanted to release some steam yesterday.
8 and a bit working days 😃Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -

Thanks Skinty
It was Groundhog Day, emails asking the same thing I'd already said / produced guides about, 10 emails in under 2 hours 🤔
- Only did 2 hours beyond my finish time today 🤨
Contributed towards someone else's leaving gift.
7 and a bit days to drag myself through, it honestly doesn't seem worth it financially when I sit here, desperately need a shower but no energy to move.
It's going to be so weird working fixed hours and having breaks and being sat on the sofa by about 5pm soon 😊
I've emailed DB company and asked for the transfer value. My SIPP company have confirmed if it's under £30k they will accept it without financial advice required.
Looks like neighbour has sold, be interesting to see what price it went for in the end.
Having sausage, mash and onion gravy for tea, looking forward to that 😃

Didn't have a choice as this thing was part of my role! But I never have to do it again 🤭

On a happy note, plans for the next 2 weeks:
- I have to sort the dressing room out.
- Break my home office down next weekend.
- Create an art / photo area in the dressing room.
- Reclaiming space in the lounge.
- Plant the onions and garlic.
😃
I'm hoping to gain some energy after starting my new role and do surveys again, pick up my brushes and do art painting again, also finish a few bits of DIY off. That should take me to gardening season again.
