Catching up and glad work acknowledged and paid you for the additional work you have done.
Sorry about your arm. A chippy tea sounds like just the thing :)

Thanks DIA and Atrixa, still not got full movement but pain levels are back to normal.

Letter received, extra money until further notice; I don't have to worry about asking someone to extend it if I'm still doing it all for ages.

Pottered around the garden after work, making plans for next year while still working out this year.
Repotted SIL tomato plants when I got back upstairs; only two more full pots to do.

    Tasks for this week:
    1. File post as I've not done it for month's.
    2. Take out useful info from gardening mags and recycle what's left.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

Sorry about the pain, glad they sent the letter. Well done on meeting all the family and it sounds like a good time was had by all of you as well as much swapping of things. You sound wonderfully organised and busy!

Thanks SW, my planning is going well it's just finding the time and energy to action them! Busy? Absolutely manic but at least I'm being paid for it now 😃 all looks good on the CV.
I decided not to apply for that other role, the work wasn't what I wanted nor was the location. It felt like I would be jumping from frying pan to fire!

Sounds like a good call on the other role.
