That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.

Thank you Chrystal, it's lovely to see you comment again. I do hope all's well with you!
Thanks Skinty, I honestly thought they would find a way not to pay. In total I'm getting about 5% of what I would have saved them had they got someone in at the start; no where near what I should get, but a lot better than £0!
Had my appointment. We went to T for fruit and veg. Popped to the bakery and had to settle for blueberry scones, they had the ciabatta and I also picked up Orkney cheese, not sure what else TomBo added. It came to just over £15, which isn't an unreasonable price for an independent smallholder.
Had my coffee and it's time to go do a bit of gardening, free up some space inside!Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -
Planted a couple of runner beans, then watered all that section.
Plants have been put in No2, going to let them settle for a few weeks and work out what else can go in. Can't start on the bit I want to do as we need a lot more compost for it.
Sowed about 60 sweet pea seeds, now sitting in the windows. They will be planted to grow and fill the boundary hedge between No2 and No3. Seeds can then self-sow and that section will look after itself.
Can't move any money to savings yet as we will need another tank of petrol, if we visit MIL Sunday.
Had roast pork and roast spuds for tea, was still full from lunch; had some of the Orkney cheese and it was delicious.

Thanks SW, unfortunately it's ages until payday, if the extra goes in this month.
I've decided:
- the first £500 will go as an O/P, as will the extra each month.
- £100 into savings.
- what's left after that is treat money eg a nice whiskey for TomBo, joint of lamb and the garden will get the rest.
As you will see, it's not much I'm getting and paying extra on the mortgage will have the biggest impact.
Managed a few hours bad sleep, kept whimpering / crying out when shuffling. Thought it best to get up so TomBo can get sleep. Thank goodness I've not planned anything today!

Thanks Skinty and SW.
I've been snuggled up on the sofa for hours, aside from when cat demanded food several times, getting impatient as I had to shuffle off it.
It's rediculous I'm due for another set of meds, but then only have 2 more lots between now and bedtime.
Hopefully I will get the letter next week, otherwise it won't be sorted in time for this payday.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
Got enough mobility back and we're off to MILs armed with tomato and pea plants. Still haven't full use of my arm yet but hopefully that will ease in a few days, TomBo is driving.
It will be chippy night for tea.
Hope you all have a good day.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3
