Thanks Thrifty, SW and DIA.I'm a very keen amateur grower and expanding on what I grew last year. Lots of trial and error, but it puts food on my plate and makes me very happy.
I'm not holding my breath about the financial recognition, can't get too disappointed if it gets rejected.
At some point next month we're popping up to MIL and will come back with an erc0l coffee table and a rug.
We popped to T, lots of yellow sticker meat and the freezer is nearly full again, also got 2 bags of compost and some chocolate, £41 spent. Filled my car up too, £32, got to love little cars.
Had chocolate for pudding 🙈Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -

Never had time to even add even one letter to it today. I'm going to start early tomorrow just to get it done.
I've updated my SIPP DD in readiness for next month. A positive step towards early retirement.
I'm looking forward to the weekend, but have loads of plant related things to do. Hopefully I will get 10 minutes to enjoy sitting on the patio.
Had roast pork, veg and gravy for tea, chocolate for pudding. My diet has gone belly up at the moment, as to be expected.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.4 -

Three pages detailing the extra work and took me 12 hours in total to do it. Just have to wait and see what they say. A positive thing is it's going to be easier updating my CV as I can use that as a guide.
First jab apt received and I've booked the day off, means I've a long weekend next week.
I popped to the butcher's after work and got a nice lamb joint.
Had a potter round the garden, just looking at everything make sure it's ok and unwind. Weather should be ok to put some beans and peas out; I put fleece round them while they settle in.
I've started transplanting my tomato seedlings into pots. Will get the rest potted up over the next few days. Squash seedlings are impressive and five have popped up so far. I have three melon seedlings. Learning a lot growing from seed and know how I will do things next year.
We're going for a little drive tomorrow.
Had pie for tea.

Thanks Skinty
I've potted up some veg, still loads more to do.
We went out quite early and Stopped off at a smallholding, picked up bread and eggs.
Popped to a charity shop and I picked up two summer dresses (99p each), one for relaxing in the garden the other for out and about; just have to find two items to dispose of as per one in / one out rule.
Used the last of our vouchers in M, got loads of yellow stickers and totally filled the freezer and fridge again.
Went to H-base and picked up some marigolds and garden fleece, then I called into 8&M and got some cat food.
Had cheese on the bread and decided we will go to the smallholding each week for it; cheap as the supermarket 'real' bread.
Popping outside in a bit to plant up some peas, beans and marigolds; will wrap the veg in fleece like I did before.
Later I need to pot up more veg inside.
Ribs for tea, we're celebrating having the keys for a year.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2
