You should be able to do that yourself, if it was in your birth name. If it's in your dad's name then do not try and do anything with it.
I thought the email was reminding me the 'interest' rate was changing / had changed, never expected a win as it's next no chance in my lifetime to win with what I have. The winning PB was one of the last few I purchased this year 😃Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -

I don't want the big one, of course I wouldn't decline if it did happen, enough to clear the mortgage and then I could do less hours.
I've spent 1.5 days dealing with two things and will have to spend the morning dealing with the one thing again. All because someone didn't do it a year ago and now it's down to me, plus everything else I'm covering 😬 my cat was able to learn new words today.
As the leaves are falling off the trees, I'm getting an even better view from the flat on a daily basis.
Tomorrow I will be popping to the chemist, I may call in to the charity shop on the way back. No other plans at the moment.

How this for a Friday:
I've been slowly baking a homegrown spud in the oven since 8am, it smells so nice. I will slice it open, grate some cheese, mix it in, bit of butter and pepper, with a sprinkle on top before putting back into the oven until it melts and crisps up.
Lunchtime is going to be good today 😁Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.4 -
Yum sounds lovely 😋 I must admit I usually do mine in the microwave & finish off for 15 mins in oven to save electricity but some times it’s worth the extra cost 😊0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

It was delicious, unfortunately TomBo kept messaging me while I was trying to eat it. Even though I had sent a photo just as I sat down to eat it, then showing a bit cut, he just never got the hint 🙈
We decided not to buy a microwave as we only used the one in the first rental for storing bread / defrosting. There's not really the space for one either.
It was good having a proper meal and made my whole day more enjoyable!
Didn't go out today as I was too content after eating.
The only thing my cat can't sleep through is fireworks, but she normally wakes up when there's human food on the go 🤭

Sounds lovely!
I didn't buy a microwave for the first year or so in my flat while I tried to work out if I needed one or not. I eventually got sick of defrosting in the hob so got a cheap, basic one and that does me well enough. There are some appliances I wish I hadn't bothered with *cough*juicer*cough*. I haven't heard of anyone storing bread in one before, that made me chuckle!4 -
I've lost loads of bread over the years to my furbabies, hence using the microwave as a bread bin. My current cat would deem jumping on the counter as a waste of energy 😁
Nearly got a juicer a few years ago, opted for a mixer instead 🤗Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.5 -
Made me chuckle about Tombo's excited messaging. Maybe save up 3 photo's before you send any to him, like 'before, half-eaten and gone!' Ha! Then you have your nice meal uninterrupted....
Must admit I have a microwave but only really use it for defrosting or re-heating something that was batch cooked and out the freezer. Lazy really, I could just plan better, get it out the night before and shove in oven or on hob. And if I was really on the ball, have 2 other things in there cooking at the same time! Now you are giving me ideas - off to cook some lunch...
