Skinty, Do you mean 1 panel on the top and 3 on the bottom, or 2 on the top and bottom? I can keep an eye out while looking around as I've seen both types on the bay and g-tree.
It's highly doubtful I would dip them, I couldn't part with the money 😂 but I also find paint stripping relaxing 🤗
I'm contemplating a stained glass panel above the front door, when I replace that. But I would prefer an original.
To get in with everyone and their Christmas preparations, I'm now wearing my reindeer slippers 😁Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.4 -
I’m craving a rowie now, I haven’t had one in years! When I was a teenager I worked in our local Costcutter and we got to take home the spares from the bakery at the end of the night- I would always take a cheese rowie.Hope you enjoyed your fish fingers and get a better nights sleep tonight!3

We are having rowies for super 🤗 can't always get them local that's why we put a request in for them ready for when we did the visit.
Didn't know they came in anything other than plain 🤭Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -
Did a bit of sanding by hand. Got two coats of paint on the section of door frame, another coat on the skirting section from the other week and the first coat on the unit outer frame and doors.
-- again I can already see how much better it looks, even though it's only part done.
I'm aiming to have the base coat on everything by Christmas, that takes the pressure off trying to get the gloss on too.
TomBo is happy for me to decide what colour to do the door and was fine with having a white door frame.
I've still not been able to shake my cold off, slow and steady with the DIY.
Moved a bit to savings.
Having roast beef and veg for tea, I may be making yorkie puds but will see how I am later.
Nothing else planned for the rest of today 🤗Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -

Sounds like fantastic progress with the decorating! A stained glass panel sounds lovely.3

That's what I thought Atrixa, I know the sunlight won't come streaming through, but there is enough light from the stairwell for it to work. Just have to keep looking and measure it up.
Want to buy a wall plaque and have the both ways my flat is identified, again I want something apt for the age.
Had a chat with TomBo about the decorating and he's happy for me to pick, but listed off what colours he doesn't want.
Having a-delight for pudding. I didn't make the yorkie puds.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
Received a small dividend cheque from my old S&S ISA, banked that, its cleared and sitting in savings.
Moved a bit more money to savings today, edging closer to my target.
Received my first Christmas card today, with a £5 voucher from the supermarket (T) who sent it. I've handed it over to TomBo, with the other vouchers for them and told him to spend them next time he is passing.
Have to try and do some more of the unit this week, then get a few more base coats on it the weekend.
TomBo has worked really hard chopping away at the monster tree stump, hopefully a few more sessions and it will be gone.
Had bacon and egg rolls for lunch. Pork, veg and mash for tea 🤗Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.4 -
Nice that your first xmas card had the bonus of a £5 voucher 😊 Can’t believe that tree stump is still hanging in there!0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

It had something like 17 trunks coming off it, wrapped around or pressed together as it grew. There isn't much left of it now, but rain stopped play today!Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.5
