If there's just a 14-day deadline, it's a debt collection letter.

If it's a 30-day deadline, come back and tell us on a new thread of your own. Do not jump in on another poster's thread. Otherwise, deal with it as per the above sticky.

Their letters of claim are a load of rubbish. The 14 days thing is nonsense, its actually 30 days. And the bit where it states Protection of Freedoms act schedule 56, Part 4, this doesn't exist anywhere in reality. Google it.

If anyone wants to send me a private message I will be more than happy to give you a drafted response to these cowboys along with a SAR form to send to them

With all due respect, and being nice to a newbie - you ARE a newbie with one post.

So I am going to have to warn other newbies not to send private messages to posters who could (not saying you are) be someone who works for a nastier PPC or an even nastier 'appeals firm'.

Neither are people that a newbie looking for help would ever want to contact, and they do not need to, as we already show how to do a SAR with a link to the Legal Beagles version in the NEWBIES thread.
