No and no.0 -
Thanks for yous reply, what’s the best option just just ignore it, or some type of response? Was close to paying it today as applying for a mortgage and didn’t want it to affect our chances! Thanks0

YOU CANNOT GET A CCJ UNLESS A JUDGE DECIDES YOU HAVE LOST. THEN YOU GET UP TO 30 DAYS TO PAY .... NO CCJ
That's if you lose. No threat on your credit rating0 -
I received one yesterday - hence setting up the username lol
My question is, should I just ignore and se what comes of it? - what happens if I do ignore..?
I’m guessing they’re fishing if they are sending out mass letters of claim in the hope people bottle it and make contact with them.
For reference, in Summer 17, I ignored 3 letters off NPS and two bailiff letters off DCBL or whatever they are called!0 -
See the thread linked to by Redx above. It answers all your questions0

This is all sounding familiar, bunch of chancers by the sound of it mate0

It is simply a debt collection tool0

Thanks for the link. So as it’s only a 14 day letter you would advise to just ignore that and see what they send. Is a SAR just a case of emailing them with the request specifically?0 -
I have received the same letter in the post, from a PCN in 2017.
They have gave me 14 days to pay the £160 (which includes £60 debt recovery costs) or they will file their claim in the County Court.0 -
