Hi,
Just received a Letter of Claim for an alleged parking offence at a Tescos in 2016.
Do I bother replying or will I end up in County Court as stated?
Thanks in advance

There's been a fair old rash of these arriving today. You do need to respond, but their letter is non-compliant with the pre-action protocols and quotes a non-existent part of POFA.
They've even sent one to a victim that they previously made a claim against and discontinued. This isn't going to end well for them...Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'0 -

Amazing ..... Northern Parking Services are well behind the times.
They are a shambles, you see that fake £60 is not allowed and it's abuse of process

I will be watching this thread with interest0 -
I have received the same letter today, also from a claim from 2016.
Will be watching this thread with interest. Are there any templates about to reply to?0 -
Ha, I received a one from these yesterday. I've got a tread open myself, seems they're needing a payday!0

Received the exact same letter of claim today, for an offence in Tesco 2016, would appreciate any advice, will this go onto my credit file, or worse bailiffs turn up to my home? TIA0
