I had another thought on this one - it is a social forum because as well as working between ourselves to fix our many and varied problems, many of us can't afford to go out.

May it live long and prosper!

  • Got the impression of attention seeking in one - user always posting about how hard done they were, and seekin people to come along and praise them or get sympathy.
Do you mean mine? I am an attention seeking scrounger after all... :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

  • If this forum wasnt a fun, friendly place to be then why would anyone post here on a regular basis? It needs a large socialable element to keep people coming back and without regulars this place would be so dull and boring that it would be empty.

When I first found this place, I felt alone and scared and it took me a while to pluck up the courage to post and ask for help and support. The reason I first posted was because I had read Immoral Angels and Hypnos diaries (all during work time - so dont worry about the amount of time it took;) ) and I saw how friendly this place was and that I wouldnt get my head bitten off or shouted at. I dont think I am alone in needing reassurance before a first post.

Ps can I pass on the spanking? It is way too early in the morning to get a sore bottom:D
