Leviathan747 said:Journo has replied. He said that he feels like he needs to ask why Excel didn't appeal, but he doesn't know if he wants to deal with them anymore! He's also apparently leaving the paper & going solo. He said he didn't think he would be doing any more articles on Berkley Precinct, but he said if the chance arose to do something on SRS, he'd definitely consider it.
Regarding the appeal, this is just a thought but would it be heard at the court where the HHJ was based rather than the court where the first hearing took place.

HHJ Ingram is based at Sheffield Combined Court Centre, so any appeal should have been lodged by 25th Feb 2021. So Excel were already outta time, when the article went to print in April 2021.4

But remind them again and add some bite about Boris getting a CCJ and how quickly it was set aside ...... this is what Theresa May said ....Theresa May vows to investigate ‘abuse’ of CCJ system after Daily Mail investigation revealed families being financially crippled over debts as low as 1p

Seems like the Daily Mail is engrossed in the "Harry" story, it should be called "The Daily Harry"
I am pleased to say that they are giving Boris a hard time as well, apparantley he has not been paying for his supper.

Hi guys. Just received this message from a friend who had his court case against VCS today:
"I won!!! They wanted to immediately appeal but was refused! Based on the same reasons as yourself! Thank you for your support with this! I’ll be having a celebratory drink tonight!"

As far as appealing, SRS will appeal an appeal and onwards until he is tucked up in bed with a hot cup of chocolate. Sweet dreams Simon ?
