At least the point was made about which entity is entitled to sue. That will now stick in that court area.

What cannot be understood is why the car park is covered with Excel signs and SRS decides that VCS should sue ?  Is that plain ignorance or plain stupidity ... it's one or the other ? ,,, or both.

I would always preamble, especially as you are the person involved rather than just a random looking to create a bit of mischief for VCS/Excel.

They really could have hold of a tiger by the tail here - and they'll need a good vet to sort it out! 😄
