    That's a very week and wishy-washy article.

I agree.  I think it would have been much stronger, but journo's lawyers probably warned him off.

I think that it is fine, clear, concise, and informative.

At least he mentions Sir Greg Knight's Parking CoP!  :D
  • Phoned Sheffield County Court & there is no appeal. EXCEL ARE LYING.

At least the point was made about which entity is entitled to sue. That will now stick in that court area.

    Yes!!  :D

What cannot be understood is why the car park is covered with Excel signs and SRS decides that VCS should sue ?  Is that plain ignorance or plain stupidity ... it's one or the other ? ,,, or both.

    1. If VCS goes under, creditors cannot claim from Excel.
    2. Quote from Castle Pg 48: "Another possible theory is that business rates for car parks are based on the income of the car park. Pay & Display ticket income goes to Excel and income from PCN's go to VCS; Question is; are both figures disclosed to the VOA or just one? "

The article should be sent to all national newspapers for full exposure about this Rogue Trader

Just emailed cold with the link? Or with preamble that Excel are lying about the appeal?

That would depend for how much and if the creditors could show foul play

The article does not sound too bad. Nice picture of Deepa.

If the journalist had gone in harder then they might have in true style "chucked their toys out of the pram".
