You are absolutely correct in that they are the architects of their own fate by their greediness and total lack of moral compass.
Perhaps JB has jumped ship before it sinks.

Or we will see claims revert to a style like Parking Eye where only the correct charges are added with totals of £200 or less
Ergo one of the JB predictions will have come true
I am sure that Excel , VCS have lost other hotspot sites as well as those mentioned so far4 -
They really are all the architects of their own downfall due to their greediness and lack of a moral compass ,
Not to mention the intellectual calibre of the people they employ. Pay peanuts, get monkeys. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2 -

"A couple of months ago JB came on here crowing about appealing a case involving the extra charges due to be heard in March , to aim to settle the double recovery argument , yet failed to update his own thread with the outcome !! It's now April 15 !!! The silence is deafening !!"
I think that the silence may mean that it did not go their way. It would be interesting to find out the result of the hearing. At appeal level the outcome would have influence.
There was recently a case whereby the defendent had to state three defence points and only cite cases that were heard at a level higher than the County Court.
Is there any way of finding the ruling on this case? If it has gone against Excel/VCS I would be happy to chip in towards a transcript if others were as well.

But hey Madam Snake, you and I were accused of bullying him a while ago by him.

"But hey Madam Snake, you and I were accused of bullying him a while ago by him."
Bullying him!, I have had rain forests of bullying letter's, been basically called a liar and had my integrity questioned by this company.
Made the mistake of appealling to the IAS and the responses from the PPC were very bruising, sneering in parts as I was not as clued up then. I don't know who was responding from the PPC as they are not named but I could take a guess.
If JB thinks that our comments were bullying he should take a look at some of the comments about "SRS and his goons" on Sheffield websites.
The case regarding the wounded veteran generated a lot of angry comments about VCS.

With the new COP, the new independent appeals and no further support from the scam IAS, it is a no brainer ....
From what Bargepole has said, JB is a reasonable advocate in court ..... not really sure what that means,
